THANK YOU! I hated my spongy clutch with over-travel. I ordered the RJM for my 350Z Roadster, hired a skinny 19 year old with mechanical aptitude but not a mechanic to put it in for me. Took him 1 hr 45min to install it after watching your video and a few others on youtube. No readjustment was necessary and it feels like a new car with a perfect clutch. It is truly an amazing mod, thanks a million for your video and to RJM for a fantastic product.
I've seen it. had me considering whether I wanna buy more parts lol! right now I have a spec twin disc clutch and its a tricky one to drive smoothly. have to make sure push all the way down and some more to get it to disengage fully. playing with the adkister doesn't work well either. you on stock headers?
Yes I'm still on the stock manifolds. I won't switch them out until we pull the motor a few years from now. The nice thing about this pedal it will help everything last longer because you're not over stroking the hydraulics and the clutch should last longer cause you won't have to slip it so much at low speed.
I noticed you where bumping "You Know You Like It" by Aluna George - awesome song for subs. and I saw you were bumping some Bassnectar as well, thats whats up.

After install is it normal to have about a 1/4 inch of a little slack in the pedal before hitting resistance or is it supposed to be resisting all the way up to down the range of motion of the pedal? Thank you!!
Hey Anthony. Just installed my RJM clutch pedal and now I'm having an issue where the clutch isn't fully disengaging and I'm unable to shift into any gears. Does the pedal have to be adjusted specifically to get the clutch to work properly? Also running it with a brand new z1 clutch and lightweight flywheel
@@AnthonyJ350 it's set the same as OEM but I found out the issue was I needed to adjust the threads behind the clevis because I had also installed a stage 3 clutch and lightweight flywheel as well. Feels great with the new pedal!
@@ThrowyaXup Ya it's like Nissan wanted the "in - out" quickness for racing or something. Just seems to mess everything up instead. RJM is mandatory for all manual Zs and Gs.
William Macias I think you can do it. You only need basic tools. Just watch my video and you can look at the instructions now off the RJM Performance website.
