What first set 11 and 5th set 20 reps how? If i do an all out set of 11 reps the next set is going to be 9 third set 8, by fifth set i can barely lift it anymore. Maybe it has to do with him doing partials in middle portion of ROM

Yeah doesn't make sense unless you're using rir in the first sets

yeah, that makes no sense. Almost double the reps on the fifth set compared to the first set? Maybe if he left 10 reps in the tank in the first set

It's because of the very long rest period between sets that he does more reps on the last set than the first
