@@Bizeecentral Considering be kept up just fine with Neji- someone who’s been stated to never lose to Lee without the Gates- while severely exhausted and nearly won… yeah, Lee’s speed isn’t going to be a huge issue here while Kido plays keep-away. Neji was only able to keep track of him in the shadows thanks to his Byakugan, and he fully admitted that Kidomaru is the strongest opponent he’s ever faced.
@@Thebes342 where did he keep up with neji exactly? He was getting fondled in close combat. Only attacking from afar did he nab neji and tag him multiple times and he reacted somewhat quick to activate his sweat gland metal to block the 8 trigrams. Lee is different from neji as hes faster and hes more offensive than neji whos offensive but is geared toward using it as defense too. That doesn’t say much for how he’ll handle lee’s taijutsu beyond just covering himself in sweat gland metal and shooting webs everywhere. He didnt have to handle full on overwhelming offense at close quarters before from someone whos not a sitting duck like neji. He can play keepaway but if lees all over the place, hes gonna be overwhelmed and eventually found. Yeah kido was the strongest that neji ever faced as he said, and he never faced gated lee, yet he was blown away by what lee was doing. He wouldnt include lee in that statement cuz lee’s out of commission and he probably thought permanently. Now i think kido is likely gonna win (unless lee opens the gates) but if lee uses a kunai while using that speed or god forbid with gates, he’d handle just about any other opponent around his age
I would like to point out though that the armour the bug boi surrounds himself with is useless. Gaaras works because sand is a perfect medium to disperse kinetic energy through, that hard shell just means that Lee turns whatever is inside into a slurry.
@@if7723 Rock Lee’s style is stated to mostly do external damage- and Neji used an attack hard enough to blast Kidomaru through a large tree, and yet Kidomarui took absolutely zero damage. Pretty sure Lee would have to put in a lot of damage to make sure his attacks hit, but Kidomaru’s more likely to hide in the shadows than to allow Lee to pull that off.
LOVE the interactions you came up with for the flute genjutsu and the twins’ cell shenanigans vs the gates damaging side effects. Just picturing Sakon inside Lee screamin “ah fuck! Lemme outta here! What’s wrong with this kid?!” 😂
Kimimaro could beat Sound 4 EASILY. Post Surgery ( Not at his Best ) Base Rock Lee could Push Kimimaro into 1st Stage of Curse Mark. Gates Lee could Potentially Beat 1st Stage Kimimaro too. It doesn't seem that Wild Considering Lee's Gates Amp 🙌 Lee at Drunken State ( or 1st Gate ) should be able keep up with all of them without any trouble even if you don't think Lee has Clear Superior Speed 🙌 - Individually , He should be able to beat Tayuya definitely. He is strong enough to actually beat the shit of out the her Giants or he could just avoid them. And i don't think Drunk Lee or Gates Lee would fall for her Genjutsu because Drunk Lee's Mind is Unstable and Gates Lee is in too much Pain 🤷🏻 - Could beat Sakon and Ukon if they don't get into his Body somehow. - Kidomaru counter Lee hard. Only Way to give Lee the Win is if he goes Gates and Reverse Lotus the Hell out of Kidomaru before he can catch Lee with his Webs 🤷🏻 And i don't think Kidomaru's Armour can save him from a Reverse lotus Launched by Gates Lee 🤷🏻 - He can beat Jirobo. Jirobo is stated to be the Weakest of them Many times and he only uses Physical Attacks. Base Lee could Pretty much get around Base Jirobo and Beat him up. Gates Lee could Take On CM2 Jirobo and beat him. I am not saying 5th Gate Lee is as Physically Strong as Red Pill Choji but Red pill Choji was MUCH Stronger than Jirobo and Lee should be Faster and Strong Enough 🙌
I honestly think the sound 5 could take Zabuza & Haku sort of. If Kimimaru can defeat one of them alone then the S4 can use the barrier jutsu they used during the Konoha crush arc to give Kimimaru a fair 1v1. Then it’s the five jumping the other 1.
The Sound 5 would make a meal of Haku, no contest. Haku bitched out at kyuubi CHAKRA, not a tail, CHAKRA. Not only did this not bother Kimmimaro, he was just okay with fighting the clones (whether he could take 1 tail Naruto I don't really know or think so). I think the other 4 could likely fight chakra enhanced Naruto too pretty comfortably. If they can do that, individually, they grind Haku's bones to make bread, especially when it's all 5
@@jaredgreathouse3672the chakra amp Naruto got vs Haku was by far the strongest amp he got until the fight vs sasuke. It’s pretty blatantly obvious. It far surpasses Neji fight and definitely the kimmimaro one. I don’t even think gaara comes up to that level. Keep in mind the Kurama amp he got was from seeing his friend *die*. This is way more impactful than anything until gaara dies in shippuden. As far as Kurama amps, excluding sasuke fight it goes: Haku Gaara Kimimaro Neji The Haku amp Naruto would shred any of the sound four besides kimimaro, main reason why is the same reason Haku has a chance vs all of them, speed. None of the sound 4 besides kimimaro have speed feats worth noting. Haku can probably perception blitz the genjutsu girl and jorobu or w/e. Haku was holding back for fucks sake lmfao.
I'm actually wondering on Tayuya vs Kankuro, mainly because Temari is just a bad matchup for Tayuya. This also goes to a hypothetical Temari vs Sakon and Ukon
Kankuro kinda sucks and doesn’t have much of a counter to genjutsu his only win con would probably be poison gas clans catching Tayuya off guard. Temari on the other hand should absolutely slam Sakon. If Kiba can tear them in half, her summoning blade dance will tear them to pieces. Also pretty sure there’s already video on his channel on all the genin 1v1 vs sound 5 gauntlet and that includes both temari, Kankuro and Gaara
@@SalmanulFarisi101 shikamarus entire strategy was trying to hide from her to get her off guard and he got diffed. Hiding won’t protect him from genujutsu and Tayuya is a sensory type she was easily able to find shikamaru every time and use her summons to help find. Tayuya slams
@@cj4ev3r26 Not Really. It took her time to Find Shikamaru and in case of Kankuro he would be attacking with her Puppet all the time and would not give her a Break. I don't think she can Use her Giants and Genjutsu at the same time. I Mean she didn't. Genjutsu won't work on puppets and Kankuro can always keep his Distance.

For this video, I think some more emphasis on Kimimaro being a total freak could have been good and I disagree with your interpretations of Lee. Orochimaru outright states that if he had Kimimaro with him in the Hiruzen fight that his plan would have worked. Orochimaru brought Kimimaro with him to assassinate Rasa. Kimimaro defeated all of the Sound 4 in their CS2 states simultaneously. Kimimaro is narratively implied to be equivalent or above Haku, who is outright stated and demonstrated to be superior to Kakashi. Without even taking anything from Part 2 into consideration, Kimimaro is straight up Kage level and there is a ton of supporting evidence to that fact. Lee in both of his amped states, Gates and Drunk, have feats that place him in Jonin levels of power. For Gates, Kakashi had to use his Sharingan to watch the fight. For Drunk, it's stated that it took Guy and Neji to restrain him. Drunk Lee being able to land a single hit against Kimimaro at all is extremely impressive even though he still has no chance against him. Gates Lee is closer to Butterfly Choji level of power, and Choji murdered CS2 Jirobo with a single punch and zero difficulty. If Gates are allowed, Lee is unquestionably putting the Sound 4 in the ground because they cannot match the speed or power he outputs. Drunk Lee is a more interesting discussion because it's more of a skill than it is pure power or speed, but I think it's safe to say he could pack up any of them besides Kidomaru because of how horrendous that match up is for all of the reasons you stated in the video. For Drunk Lee, I'd put Jirobo and Sakon/Ukon as low-medium diff, Tayuya as high diff and Kidomaru as extreme-impossible diff.
Yessir! It should release soon, I’ll add a quick note I actually debated on adding in the Kimimaro beating the sound 4, but that’s all healthy Kimmimaro and from what we see we actually don’t know if they went CM2 or if he did. All we know is that his curse mark was actively recreating after they were on the ground it’s very vague on top of being anime only.

You should do Tobirama vs Pain and Current Hokage Sage Mode Naruto vs Hashirama. Its wild people dont know how powerful base Naruto is now he could literally swap hands with Fused Momoshiki briefly and even made the Rasengan that clashed with him that Boruto used to kill him. Even if you think Boruto amped it somewhat too still it was mostly BASE Naruto that made that. Hashirama is less than Jubbi Obito who is multiple tiers below Momoshiki
I’ve always been saying that the Chunin exams power cliff is WAY over exaggerated and people saying shit like base Chunin exams Sasuke hitting harder and faster than 5th gate Lee is crazy. And honestly Lee being that strong in the SRA still isn’t that inconsistent as Neji actually folded (tired) Kidomaru once he actually got close. What I’ve always struggled with is pinning down how strong sick Kimimaro & SRA Gaara are…Sound 4+? Kakashi level? Like would Gaara beat Asuma. Idk.
Yeah I think it's really overblown especially for a lot of characters, the ones that change the most imo are Naruto/Neji who you can say just are objectively above their previous selves but other than that yeah
They all did no doubt I’m just saying Neji/Naruto are the easiest to measure as well as the most objective to say for that’s all. It makes it easier for determining where they are as opposed to stronger but idk by how much

4:01 I do think it's also possible that Naruto is suppressed in his scuffle with Kimimaro. Naruto is using clones to box him in so he can't escape easily, but probably can't go full power because of the risk of harming the coffin. I just look at the feats that he performs in his fight with Sasuke minutes later in kyuubi mode and it's night and day with that Kimimaro fight. I think Kimimaro would still win that fight overall ofc but I do think it's worth at least mentioning that Naruto might be suppressed even with his anger at its boiling point Loved the vid btw my guy
Kimimaro was keeping up with a jonin caliber fighter in gaara and one of the strongest genins and is probably kakashi level at this point, the main issue is stamina would probably give kakashi the edge. And kakashi would beat the brakes off sasuke. Naruto IMO just didn’t have the same amp as he did vs Haku or gaara. It was probably barely better than the Neji one. He couldn’t really risk hurting sasuke and was enraged, but it’s certainly less then his entire village on the line or seeing his friend die in front of him.
@@ThunderGodTG turned out 🔥🔥🔥. You did great considering how many uncertainties there are with Lee's potency and abilities at this point. Hell, I don't think we ever see the primary lotus land on a single person at max power in canon without it either being interrupted or having the damage mitigated in some way, so I have no idea how much damage even one of Lee's most iconic moves would do to these guys. I doubt it would take out Jirobo though, and definitely not fused Sakon/Ukon. And as you mentioned, Kidomaru would probably be able to block some of the damage as well with webs or with that hardened substance and yeah I've always been unsure on where exactly Naruto scales in that fight because 15 mins later this kid is schmooving and airbending
Homestly this gauntlet was so fixed for the sake of the plot. Every time they one of the sound 4 steps up to the leaf they all get held down like they don’t stand a chance except for one member of the team having a chance. Neji should have been able to take jirobo in a second and the whole squad move on. Neji also should be able to take out sakon as well.

I used to think that kishimoto just picked random favorite characters (and naruto) for the mission but now I remember how super specific their powers were and how each match was kinda rigged to happen. Like WHO ELSE from the genin squad could deal with kidomaru? Long distance sight and some sort of full body chakra release for the webs. Like... could 3 tomoe Sasuke have dealt with this??

It’d be the same since Kimmimaro can actually just forcibly stop Lee from opening the first Gate by absorbing the impact. It’s also highly questionable if lees physical blows would be enough to blow through the bone plated armor under his skin that Gaara wasn’t able to stop. CM2 Kimmimaro also just tanked a massive sand tsunami burial from a stronger Gaara and got up 5 Gates actually doesn’t make a lick of difference imo.
Interesting topic. It's weird because lee is still recovering from Gaara. I think Jirobo would be a tough fight but lee could take it very high difficulty. Tayuya ill lsay lee mid difficulty. Kidomaru would beat lee, too smart, too fast with webs, too hidden. Sakon/Udon would probably win. The giant gate that blocked kiba, what would lee do? Obviously serious kimimaru beats lee.
He beats swagkage in base, however if they both transform it will be an even 50/50 imo I think swagkage takes it cause he easily blew apart 50 universes while thunder god only blew up 49 universes But swagkage is only 600 times ftl while thundergod is easily over 900 times ftl. BUT swagkage has a shield that can tank attacks from six who busted over 500 universes. It's pretty clear that base swagkage loses but transformed? He wins Six solos both tho, he already in the time skip and has wayy better feats feats

So that’s anime only and he actually does enter the curse mark to beat them when you go back to that scene you see his curse mark receding so it’s either stage 1 or 2 - on top of that being healthy Kimmimaro. I actually had that bit in the vid but cut it out
Thoughts before watching the vid: Lee gets absolutely slammed by every sound 4 member in their cm2 state with maybe the exception of Jirobo. Reasoning? Sound 4 cm2 > cm1 sasuke > Chunin exams sasuke >~ Gaara > 5th gate Lee. How then would the others on the team that fought sound 4 be stronger than Lee? Lee didn’t train cause he was in the hospital. He was literally failing at pushups and couldn’t push himself as hard. Meanwhile someone like Kiba said he thinks he finally caught up to naruto. He saw his fight with Neji which means even Kiba should bare minimum be at least Kurama state naruto level from the Chunin exams or Neji level. I don’t think it’s too far fetched to say he surpassed 5th gate Lee since then. Drunken Lee is clearly a much larger amp than 5 gates since even Guy said he somewhat struggled to hold him down which is shown in flash back. Yet Guy effortlessly swept away gaaras sand which could deal with 5th gate Lee. If Lee has access to alcohol then sure he can slam any of the sound 4 no diff since he can match Kimimaro who is implied to be able to solo all of them at least in the anime. Without drunk amp he gets slammed

Somebody gotta explain this lee part one scaling finally. Like... Between weightless lee and fourth/fifth gate there is large difference. Sasuke in exam finals is visibly stronger than gates due to their performances against Gaara. Naruto after rasengan training is comparable to this Sasuke(Who could be even stronger) base to base. Then this Naruto gest kyubi amp and uses alot of clones. And Lee who is weaker than in chunin exams is above that? Like wtf?
in theory I don't see why not but he probably wouldn't be able to control the chakra or balance it with his own pool very well. It would probably be a lot like Minato's SM where it would activate for a brief period and then fizzle out after an attack or two

It’s more like 10x as much chakra which is a speed amp and allows for more chakra to be poured into techniques along with certain techniques being stronger/gaining attributes as opposed to like a Kaioken. It’s more nuanced than people think honedtly
