Hey I think i got that problem when you play with an xbox one controller. Turning radius and steering feels slower and more clunky, but when you played with the xbox controller it does not look like that, how did you fix that?

The choice is quite simple for me, I'm on PS4 so its a no brainer as the Xbox controller wouldn't work.interesting video though and just subbed👍

It’s most likely input delay, Xbox controllers do have more input lag. If you want to learn more about this topic halfway dead made a very in depth video on his channel rocket science

Question im searching for a controller to play on pc, i like the ps4 more but xbox is more connecteble with other games why do you chose the ps?

I'd bind it to L1 and put powerslide on it too. Depends on what you L1 is

just buy a pc. thats what i did because i also planned on getting one of the new consoles but pc is a better option

I think a lot of people prefer the ps4 controller but like a lot of things personal preference comes into play here

@@SpookLuke i agree, i had chosen the xbox controller at first as it was comfortable and i liked the analogue sticks, but as the controller got older i got more stick drift but with ps4 controller there is no stick drift and better control with the sticks!

I think like 90% use Xbox controller

Yeah I think so too and mainly due to the thumbstick layout, it feels like they are in a more natural resting place for your thumbs rather than having to pull them both backwards to the sticks on a PS4 one. However, PS4 controllers are also really good too!

You could trial it I guess but I think they are more for FPS games. From what I gather the trigger stop just shortens the amount to press the main trigger buttons by, if you are using this for accelerate this may help or it may hinder you - give it a go and let us know :)

Yo I'm also switching from a Switch Pro controller. Was wondering if you got an update. Did you get a controller yet? I'm also thinking about getting the PS5 controller but I'm not sure if PS4 is still better.

Yea for sure, I used a switch pro controller for like a week and a half, then sold it and bought a ps4 DualShock controller. The biggest deal is the triggers on ps4/5/Xbox are analog so can be used for slow driving/throttle which allows you to dribble. I bought direct from PlayStation and got $15 off the os4 DualShock. Good luck!

Been using it for over a month now. The ps5 controller is problematic! It misinputs, is inconsistent, sporadic, finicky ,and just plain not for RL yet. Maybe because it is so new. Going back to ps4 DS.

That sucks, I know what you mean though on my PS4 controller the USB plugs in and wobbles around a bit too but doesn't ever disconnect though.

Thanks for the input MiniBProduktions - and you are right, there are a number of controllers out there that have these extra buttons / paddles that you can bind to other options on the controller. They can be very useful for some people but then there are also a lot of people that don't like them or just can't get on with them. With tutorials on RU-vid they are predominantly for the masses and not specifically tailored to an individual so using a generic style controller tends to suit the majority. There is nothing wrong with using one of these controllers with extra options on it, the only negative I can see with them in my personal opinion is that if you get used to using them and then for whatever reason decide to go back to a standard controller you are going to have to retrain yourself to use standard controls again. Any controller has standard button layouts on them so you can pick up and play with pretty much anything. If that makes sense? If you have found the Razor controller has functions useful to your game play and allows you to be more creative then that is fantastic. I like you giving people alternatives to think about as well, we are always open to new ideas here so thanks for bringing it up. Team Spookluke

@@SpookLuke Wow thanks for such an detailed answer! :0 Incredable :) Yeah I know that a lot of people don´t get along with these kind of conrtollers, which I mostly blame on the lack of experience of using more then the thumb and the index finger for gaming. A friend of mine just switched to a pro controller (Power A Fusion Pro) a few weeks ago and is super satisfied with it :) I just wanted to share my opinion on using a pro controller with more buttons. I would definietly recomend the first gen Razer Raiju because of the button layout and the mechanical buttons, which are super precise and last way longer then most of the other pro controller in my experience. But you are totaly right, it is just for a specific groupe of people who are intrested in investing in a different controller. Btw they are also super helpfull with fps games etc. cus you can jump/crawl, move and aim at the same time^^ Plus yeah I am lost with normal conrtollers and can´t performe any good whenever I don´t got my controller on me! It is like changing youre controlls and it takes days to get used to again... So who ever wants to try a pro controller be prepaired to performe suuuper bad at the first days till the first week or so ... But if you manage to get through it without rage destroying the gamepad you could step up you're game to a new level in my opinion :)
