Rome Odunze vs Utah 

Once again shows that great release it does help he is eyeing the snap but man he gets out quick got a jersey pull and hand fighting think they just let him play could’ve had touchdown right there if ball was lower I think we have to see how high his vertical can be something to watch in terms of jump ball plays but I don’t expect him to be that player more of like a possession target hog Wow now that is a textbook penalty I guess helped the ref could not see but man HE WAS GRABBING but still like that he tries to get the ball no matter what, I can’t get a complete read on if he has speed since the DB was playing soft coverage kinda hard to completely beat, maybe something I need to learn more on coverages and WR routes like im thinking he should of done more instead of showing his hand early on a deep inside vertical route but still loved the ball tracking to score, wish he attacked the DB since he was very square to Rome more than just already showing he wants that outside leverage but maybe since he already has that leverage might as well take it idk im rambling Two high throws can’t tell how high at 6’3 I feel like he can try to go up the ladder and grab those I guess that is an area of improvement but man the way he can move his body at that height so nice ONCE AGAIN 2:04 the others might not be fully running full speed but he is just out of his stance so quickly love it finishing through contact its gonna play dividends in how a QB will trust him strong hands and man like anytime the ball is within his reach contested or not he has a chance at the ball LOVE IT but yeah on that second vertical he has the hips to deceive it more which allow more separation but something the NFL WR coach will coach up but man that could’ve been a 200 yrd 3 touchdown game bunch of missed flags ON TO USC

His route runnings pretty good actually but this game he kept going vertical bc why stop what’s working. He’s a dawg.

Lack of separation is worrisome. NFL DBs are going to be a lot better than Utahs.
