I’m so sorry for not being consistent caleb stewart. I promised myself I would crank out videos this year as I have so much to share. I made one today actually.
Hi Tom, I love your videos, I'm building a new house in Poland and we are soon going to do the final roofing layer (springtime). Our chimneys are built out of concrete blocks with ceramic flutes and we plan to finish them with EPS with some cement/plaster on the outside. The roofing will be asphalt shingles for now and later ceramic tiles. the roof is sheathed with pine 1" by's. do you recommend placing 1 layer of flashing that will "cut" into the EPS, or 2 layers of flashing with the first going into the concrete blocks. The Chimneys have concrete caps on them that will be flashed out with metal aswell with a drip edge extending beyond the EPS. looking forward to your insight on the matter.
There's an old video with some comments that said he's actually not expensive. He's comparable in the field. I think I read that he's about $500 for a condo/townhouse which is about average for a home inspector in Vancouver.

@@CmanCorporations 500 for a house that cost 250k or even less or more is not expensive at all if you really decide to purchase a house... for a guy quite honest and professional like this one... is not expensive at all. Frankly
@@jaandel1 Haha, sorry I had to laugh. Not at you, but at a house costing less than $250k. The Home Inspector is based in Vancouver, so the MINIMUM for a house is $1million (this is a shack, mind you). You can't even buy a 1 bedroom condo in Vancouver for $250k. Buy yes, $500 is pretty reasonable, especially for this guys service. though, i'm not certain on the $500 price.
