This workout is super easy , you just need a rope and even if you don't have it , its ok you can just jump
There is lot of hops in this workout so warm up well .

Today , in my morning Workout, i did Chest , triceps after that In Cardio First i started with kettle bell (8kg)for warm up then i did this Skipping rope 🪢 (1000 ) . In 5 sets 😊 , My Skipping Rope PR 😅 is 310 😂.💪🏼🙌🏼. And my fitness goal is getting the best shape of my body.. THANK YOU ❤️ so much ma'am. Keep Posting these type of HIIT , cardio , Gymnastics, yoga ,body weight workout Videos, I copy these Exercises in my daily workout. And i think I'm getting the results. And Currently I'm preparing for CDS exam.. 🤺 so this also helps me in that . Once again. Thank you Ma'am! Jai Hind 💌🙏🏼

Mam you are amazing very nice and Raw video i use to do 5 seats of 500 rope skipping total 2500 daily and in 3-4 months i loose all my extra fat i was looking very shredded as u said skipping is a best form of cardio every part of body is engaged in skipping and it is also an exercise for your heart ❤️ from 1 year i was not skipping i left any kind of exercise because of college and all but by watching this video now im motivated from tomorrow i will again start skipping rope thank u share these types of videos so that we will be motivated and inspired always lots of love ❤️

Ma'am i've just watched a video telling correct way to skip. They said u shouldnt jump too high and your hands should be down like your wrist should be on hip level and should use only wrist to rotate the rope. How both are different? I think the way youre doing it is perfect (obviously).

I started doing skipping since Monday, initially i did 500 skipping for 2-3 days and then now I'm doing 1000 skipping and it really helps in fat loss, and with this I'm also doing 15 min. dumbbell workout and most important a healthy diet.

@@MajorKhushbooPatani ...mam phir mere se high jump kyu nhi hua aesi kya prblm thi maine practice puri ki thi bhut mehnat ki thi high jump ko leke lekin mera pair hi nhi uth rha tha 3 feet jump ke liye....mai 2:10 tak aram se kar leti thi bas 2 inch nhi bdha payi...to iski kya wjh ho sakti hai mjhe lgta tha ki thighs pe weight jyada h isliye mai puri body uplift nhi kar pa rhi hu...mam pls help

yeh bhoot extensive hain ap daily 200 se start kare jab stamina banega yar tph phir sky is the limit . neend to aegi . but etna zada nah kare agar ap padai karrahe hain toh ap initially aim sirf 200 ka ralhae

- Beautiful tasteful home with those awesome colonial bamboo "chicks" (shades). - Probably a wonderous wanderingly large verandah behind them. - So magical, & that green lawn & the 💐s. - I eradicated 12 kg in the last 4 months by rebalancing my diet ... exercise component low due to temporary constraints... - (BMI at 28.4 now ... need to clean out another 9 kg. +. - Ideally, what share is exercise & what share is diet ? - ( Thanks in advance for free consultancy).
