OMFG!! I ate their pizza 🍕 many years ago. Can’t believe I found it on the internet (Totally forgot it’s name). Definitely going back their! Their authentic Roman pizza is very very good! Highly recommended guys. Now I wanna go back to Italy just for this family’s bakery pizza 🍕

could you give me a recepy for the dough i make my pizza's at home 60% hydration and i let my dough cold ferment for 24 hours would that work for a pizza bianca. And do i have to stretch the dough with a roller or by hand. Thanks in advance.
