These lower stroke rate workouts are always challenging, but I learn so much. Did work with the concept of keeping the handle higher at the beginning of the stroke.

I really appreciate this workout! It’s helping me learn how to row. One problem I’m having though is that I can’t seem to get my stroke rate to match no matter what I do. Super frustrating. Maybe I should get a metronome 😂

Super sweaty as usual. But I maintained the same pace in the final three intervals so I’m really happy about that.
