Here's a bit of a look at my 2023 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Reborn with the striking Red Chrome tank with matte blsack front and rear mudguards for a different look to this classiic ride.
Looks like a proper little workhorse now and ideal for using it off road, the way you are using it. Been out on mine today and come home and done an oil and filter change. They are so addictive to ride and I just don`t want to get off and put it away. Cheers Warro. Like these last few videos.
Warro, yes, I do like the color scheme. You’re right, a little less dressy looks great. A tough bike look. 👍👍👍 The right decision not to paint original fenders. Good to have options to swap things now and then. Cheers
next clip i plan to try the halcyon grey tank. bit more involved like fitting the fuel punp and petrol cap as its a bare tank. no real trouble so thats next!
Great overall look Warro, although I prefer the other tank. Good knobby tyres make a huge difference for offroad work, but tend to wear quickly if used a lot on tarmac.
Fair enough! i plan to put up a clip on the other tank. well as soon as i fit a pump to it...lol best about these tyres they run well on the sealed stuff but im not far from any dirt road riding so a bit lucky there. all the best!
Looks absolutely beautiful Warro and looks incredibly classic. That bike has a real sense of the good old bikes. I began riding bikes when there was no plastic and every second bike was a two stroke. Great to relive fond memories.👍☮️
Looks very good, Warro! The overall effect definitely makes it look like a '50's/60's bike. I too wonder what it'd look like if the guards were in black gloss, as many bikes were, back in the day.
in the process now of swapping over to the blue tank. just doing the pump switch now. ref to gloss black side i may be able to do that later and i guess that would depend a bit on outside temps. getting a bit cold here now and again rain in from late today for a few days. plan to take it back to this exact spot for the clip when tank swap completed
Would be great to see the blue. Your helping with my decision to purchase another 350 Warro.. I've chopped and changed, different bikes/scooters/cruisers. None compare to my love for the 350 reborn..
Good choice! i am actually in the process of doing the swap now. just fitting the fuel pump and filler cap to the bike. when completed i will run it back to this spot and do the blue tank clip. all the best!
yeah i must admit its a pretty hard choice on either colour. either way i may still go ahead and fit the pump to the blue tank and we will see how that idea goes. all the best!
I'd like to put those nobby tires on my Bullet, but probably won't fit under the deep valance rear mudguard. I've had a new K70 rear on order for a couple of months and if it doesn't come in soon, we're discussing putting a TT100 rear on. It'd be interesting to see how it runs with something a bit aggressive on the back. Cheers, Warro.
i thought they'd fit under it quite easy. ive run k70's on the 500 and my thoughts are these are easily the far better tyre. probably cost a fair bit more too but again good tyres. all the best!
i ran those k70's on two of my old 500's. in fact one was a bullet 500 and the other a C5. if you can swing it i'd highly recomment these new motoz over those. cost a bit more but a great tyre.
Looks great Warro with the red/chrome tank too! Looking forward to seeing the dirt worthy classic 350 with the Halcyon Grey tank for sure👍 I’ve got that rear rack on the back of mine & it’s as tough as nails. Didn’t have any issues lining it up. Fit straight on & allowed me to fit the rear seat base long bolt & nut. I haven’t strapped anything to it yet because I’ve still got that engine check light on issue. Getting it looked at Monday week hopefully it’s nothing. Also looking forward to seeing the Suzuki out on the dirt too👌
rear rack plenty strong too. handled the wife on it with safety gear so carried roughly 55 kgs on it. just wondering on your side with the CEL could maybe one of the sensor plugs around the injector side could have not been clicked in properly or the couple while checking tappets etc i once had an issue like that on a classic 500
Might even get away with just putting a 2K clear coast over that current black if you just hit it with a bit of 1500 grit, that might gloss it up enough? depends on the black you used I suppose, if its matte because of the pigment or the finish. I like the tyres, bit more aggressive than what I'm planning. I'm looking at putting Shinko E705's on my Hunter. I do long stretches on black top, then some amount of time on gravel when I get back to the family farm. But with a few hours of freeway I'd like less hum and bit more traction.
yeah there is a slight hum with these tyres but again in my case no cause for concern. im only a few minutes from dirt roads and tracks. i have gloss paint and clear in stock but seeing im going dirt and weather is cold im in no hurry to get into painting...lol i am keen to try the halcyon grey tank so i'd say thats my next move. all the best there!
