Warro-- can you give me an idea of the difference between the older classic 350-- 2019 model, and the newer reborn model, as I'm considering buying the older version ( a nice one for sale nearby) Cheers Bill
Hi Warro, it's been a while since you reported on the baby strom. How is the Indian build holding up in terms of corrosion, etc.? Are you still preferring it to the GB350?
unfortunately after i did that work i caught a bit of a virus so have not been on any bikes now for 6 weeks. bike still there with only 130 klm on the clock...lol but later i hope to improve on that figure
Hi Warro, I checked the Motoz site and couldn't find sizes that would fit the specs (100/90-19 front, 130/70-18 rear). What sizes did you fit? And if you did fit on oversize rear, any concerns it might reduce rear suspension travel or scrape the mudguard?
yeah im not sure what i put on as i have not sat on a bike for 5 or more weeks. last trip for me was that macquarie river run on this bike where those combo tyres went expremely well. so overall happy with all motoz tyres on 3 of the bikes
If it’s not too much of a bother it’d be great if you could check on the tyres what sizes you have. I’ve been searching high and low and couldn’t find any dual purpose tire from any brand that would fit the rear 130/70-18 spec.
Please help? I bought a Classic 500 Twin spark recently and want to replace the Bosch plugs. Got the NGK's that you suggest today but the plug on the right side of the bike is smaller and sits deeper So the NGK does not fit. Left hand fits fine.
sorry no idea on the twin spark models as this plug was meant for the single plug UCE fuel injected model. these twin sparks were never sold locally or not from 2009 to 2020

About 5 years ago i toured Spain ( from Northern Ireland ) on one of those CB125f. It was great crack over the 3000 odd miles that i clocked up. You see so much more of the country. Yes if you want to you can tour on anything. Would do the same again , no problem. Get well soon. Mo.

Can't get used to the digital speedo. It's a personal taste thing, but I find a traditional clock gives me more of a clue how rapidly I'm accelerating/decelerating.

G'day Warro, Been watching your vids for a while now and really enjoy them. I too have a Suzuki vstrom 250 which I bought late last year which now has just over 6k on the odo. I'm thinking about purchasing a RE meteor 350 supernova. I like the RE for their simple air cooled engine and the fact they are ol school valve adjustment and none of this shim bullshit. They also come with a centre stand which is a big plus for chain maintenance and tyre repair/changing. I would like your opinion on which bike between the RE and the Suzuki vstrom would be a better touring bike?
the suzuki is hrd to beat having an extra 6 hp on tap but seeing out legal limit is 100 kph both illrun at that over long periods. only a guess here but i think the vstrom ould have the better ride over a meteor. now for just fun factor old feel good looks the enfields beat most other bikes there. so i think one you ride to ride and the other you ride to enjoy hope that helps
I just subscribed to RandomRides, Warro. I hope you're not planning to abandon the Ride with Warro channel, though; it is my favorite channel on RU-vid - the first one I check for new content each night. It's like, is Warro going to cook chicken under a bridge, or do a walk around of his latest acquisition, or scale a cliff wall on street tires, etc.? It's just a marvelous, endlessly innovative channel. By the way, much like you said in the video, I started watching because of a particular bike, the Classic 350, but I watch them all - even the goddamned scooter videos, despite the fact that I'm both mystified and terrified by the thought of a two wheeled conveyance that doesn't have a clutch. I think the only thing I could slip would be ME, down to the pavement, and then to the hospital. Whoa! I hope you get back to 100% soon!
yeah i will put stuff here but my main area will be the other channel as i have heaps of bike footage i want to load up on various bikes. for example your not keen on scooter but you watch. others may totally dislike them and turn away so on the other channel i can put up anything. ou wait till i put up the car trip to th red centre. you will see absolutely beautiful country plus sit in a 2 seater sports car doing 235 kph in an open limit speed section of road

yeah i had a heap of 500's before i went to 350. plus a himalayan -2 interceptors and a 535 gt so about 20 in total toss in 2 classic 350 in carby too classic 350 is still there ready to go unlike me...lol all the best!
I'll give your new channel a look as they are bixe yuve owned. Most channels are by people that have an hour or so on a bike so they can't give any long term information on them. You go into issues with what to expect and your maintenance videos are very helpful. Cheers Warro.

Odd decision but thanks for the warning. I'm currently taking vitamins C and D and Zinc supplements to speed my recovery from flu-like symptoms (I know from experience they work well for me). Wonder what, besides lots of good old sleep, there is to strengthen your immune system? Also, if filming, editing and finally, uploading seem like a chore, then please, don't ! Seriously, there's life outside of youtube... :)
well only real drama is i cant go outside if i want t keep alive...according to the dr...lol stay out of the cold so you could say i'm stuffed...lol 5 near new bikes and cant ride any of them. i should place an ad -wanted rider to ride new bikes...pay $45 per hour plus lunch...lol jokes aside one does get a bit tired after compiling and loading up 750 videos...lol

Thanks for all your clips Warro! You were right not to go out today. I rode the cb125f down to Wellington at lunchtime. I decided to only put on my riding jacket. It wasn’t enough. Cold through by the time I pulled up in Wello. Had lunch and an otherwise enjoyable ride, but not something you want to do in your current state. All the best with the new Chanel.👍

I hope you are 100% soon. I was very happy to see Random Rides pop up on my feed the other day. I really missed your teaching us about the 500s and was disappointed at the time when the channel was let go so to speak. best of all i have a good variety of previous ride material so i might not be riding outside but i have several storage discs with ride material. that alone will keep my busy till i can friggin ride. on another note.life is good. 5 near new bikes here and i can't ride any of them. all the best!
well i dont plan to close this channel so the clips are safe but i think the action will be far better on the other as the clis will hit it first. i sort of need a new direction due to past issues so i think this is my way out all the best!

yeah after a month with it i feel better but once i go outside in the cold its a downhill run...much like this channel...lol so jump ship on this channel and put my material on bikes on the other. lot of ride stuff too. could be 20 or 30 bike reviews lus other stuff so lot of work ahead there. i'll do interceptor/535gt/himalayan/honda/kawasaki/triumph/suzuki/yamaha....crap i'm tired already plus all my bikes too..lol

it gets better too, next clip i will get more serious plus dsclose a very good tip on false neutrals/missed gears on the 500's which does work. naturally all the other so called enfield youtube guru's don't know...lol but then again i was there 12 years back.those were desperate days indeed all the best!
@@MrMomo182 not my idea but it will be worth a try. actually helped on a couple of my 500's so any help is far better than none...lol it will be in the next clip and an easy to try job. i found with new 500 some hard very positive gearboxes without and issues and some were actually pretty $hitty and throwing lots of gearbox issues no issues with any of the new 350's -all great boxes in those 20 hp fun machines.
