Apologies, English is not my first language. What does "MOD" stands for please? Is it "Ministry of defence" for the Kings' guard officers, in opposition to the armed police officer?
MOD is Ministry of Defence , they are the armed police a civilian police force employed by the Ministry of Defence on military property their role is security and antiterrorism .

Because in France, police are afraid of mobs so they let Youngs especially poc doing everything they want. They have a huge criminality problem even in school where teachers are threatened, intimidated and even stabbed.

They have never known discipline or been taught self discipline. By that I mean safety for self and others and consideration for others. They fail at normal socialisation. That's the problem with kids these days, no discipline. A 3 year tour in the Army would straighten some them out and teach them a trade. Even though some folks say that the taxpayer can't afford to pay for a bigger military, it would pay for itself in less damage caused by these thugs.

Tourists who behave disrespectfully at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the U.S. would soon find themselves face down on the ground in handcuffs. Police assigned to Arlington Natonal Cemetery handle physical intervention, not the Tomb Sentinels, who shout warnings but don't take direct action unless an intrude crosses the barrier and tries to touch the Tomb. The police react to disrespectful behavior behind the barrier.
