Mrs rinoa i would like to apologise as an indian citizen and i feel ashamed of such people who embarrass our country by scamming people who aren't technological savvy and your doing a fantastic job catching these scammers and your solving a big issue i just hope you don't get the wrong impression of our country because of a small portion of these scammers
Many people in developing countries perceive all Westerners as rich people who can absorb these financial losses without being too badly affected. This just isn't the case. Many people who are successfully scammed are poor to begin with. These activities by the scammers can destroy them and leave them destitute. Money earned from years of hard work suddenly lost. Not everyone in wealthy countries, are wealthy. Our government is wealthy because they tax us to death.
I agree to that my friend thats why i would apologise because the people that they are scamming are innocent hard working people that have working their entire i am really shameful of such people and i am super glad that people like rinoa are solving such problems and helping the people who are getting scammed thank you ma'am for fixing our mistakes
I love how the scammers say to "take your sweet time," thinking they've adopted an American expression expertly, not realizing it's used sarcastically. Have heard it in one other of Rinoa's calls, too.

Or when they complain that you wasted two or three hours of their time... and then *call you back* so you can waste even more of their time. What sad people they are.

@@artbargra The scammers who call me are way smarter than this guy. As soon as they get the slightest hint that I'm playing with them, they hang up immediately before I waste any more of their time. Unfortunately I can't do any convincing voices like IRLRosie can.

Where did they get this idea that the Better Business Bureau is some powerful law enforcement agency that strikes fear in the hearts of Americans? It's ludicrous.
They hate to be thought of as fools caught in a bait. All part of the denial that a life of crime can force them into. So SCAMbaiter would be particularly offensive! Only because it's such an accurate description!

its sad and shocking, that these scammers must deal with so so many victims, that they don't recognize a baiter when they hear one, even after several hours !
Tell them that it's illegal in the United States to take pictures of American currency. They understand so little about American culture, they would have no idea whether or not such a law exists.
I remember a situation happen at a place I worked. One of the employees called someones number apparantly they were scammers. Long story short the scammers ended up calling our buisness multiple times over several hours over a 2 day period. Because we had 6 rolling lines they had their entire call center burning up our phones. It was actually really funny especially when they used vulgar insults. It was commical.

Are bank drive throughs really that common in the states?! Dude sounded pretty certain lol. I’m Canadian and they definitely aren’t common where I live.

"Corporate level officer." Why do they think anyone cares about their job title? The it means absolutely nothing unless you're an employee, and they only say officer to try and intimidate people, but it's so comical because what in the hell is a corporate level officer? It's a bunch of words thrown together.
Be careful make sure you send him the money you dont wamt him to shut down your bamk account he is s corporate officer whatever that's supposed to mean he's got such power to be on a random call with no real plan 😂😆
