When Kanye said, “I just take that responsibility very seriously To innovate and not imitate To demonstrate that all limits is fake To not get caught up in the hate, wait” Word, I felt that
I cant believe that I'm probably never going to see this man live. he's literally the greatest artist alive right now and the fact that his career seems like its almost over makes me want to cry. Sometimes I wish I was born earlier so I could've been older and gone to see him live when he came to my city in 2010. Thankfully there's tons of videos of him performing live I literally spend hours watching him perform on youtube and its the best thing ever. I hope I can someday watch him live. I love Kanye
It's nowhere near the end friend. We all backed him when they called him crazy and tried to cancel him but he can't be he won't be and he'll be back 88x stronger.
bro i just hope he does a comeback tour someday if he gets the help he needs, i borderline fantasize about listening to waves and runaway live on concert.
"Look at ya!" "Ladies and gentlemen," "I want to show you how you all look like beautiful stars tonight" In this song, Kanye completely drops his God-complex, and gives attention to his fans. This song is brilliant.
Here after listening to Donda all the way through. Just listened to Come to Life and it reminded me of Runaway. I'm here to appreciate this man's greatness. It really is amazing to see how Kanye progressed throughout all these years with his music and his character, truly an inspiration of dedicating your life to something you love. Anyone seeing this, no matter how much time goes by, we stand by Kanye's side.
M. Beathea I mean if ur talking about since his mom died and his brake up with Alexis phifer then ya, but I think what everyone is saying is that he’s been more sad since like 2015.Either way I’ll always stick with him
This was his best performance ever. I love where he uses the sample "Ladies and gentlemen I wanna show you how you all look like beautiful stars tonight" pointing at the crowd *Wholesome9999*
the message for 2022 - "even when y'all don't understand what I'm doing sometimes or the music I make sometimes... I just take the responsibility very seriously - to innovate and not imitate, to demonstrate all limits is fake, to not get too caught up in the hate" no-one is gonna understand a persons feelings, emotions or thoughts/actions from that persons own perspective because it is impossible not to be the observer or listener when you have never experienced what another person has experienced, in the same way they have. the way an artist might express their emotions and feelings is the same as anyone else, they are human after all, but through their chosen medium and through their own decisions their art is made - for their own need of expression and for those who are willing to observe. we love you Ye peace & love
I think this is his best show precisely because he was wearing this mask. Something about it allowed him to be more himself that he ever is without it. He found his voice here, I think.
this is the most beautiful performance of runaway. i wish he delivered the “why can’t she just runaway” part similarly on the album. i feel like the piano sounds better as well. although the album perfect is as close to perfect you can get as well.
I like how he like wait wait wait is it y’all first time seeing runaway on live then he prepare to just blow away people he can’t perform this song without his heart this is so nice
I swear overseas Kanye fans are the best. The people in the States just dont understand Kanye, all my friends think his music's either trash or annoying/rude.
I was never a Kanye fan. Until this year. 2024. Man wtf!?! This feeling. Of regret. Of not knowing how talented this man is. I never cared for rappers or celebrities because of the horrors you hear about the filming and music industry. I didn't know who to really listen and care for. Kayne... he's one of them. One of those I didn't listen nor care for when I SHOULDVE! There are things I'm gonna regret not seeing it when I had time. 1. See Kobe Play. 2. See Kayne perform. My third isn't over but I gotta meet him. 3. Meet the greatest human being eve, President Trump.
I’m going to lose a piece of my soul when this man finally passes on. I have great admiration for hip-hop from both a cognitive and emotional perspective, but no artist in the genre other than Kanye has ever touched the soul of my being. I just hope one day I can say “Thank You” to him in person. Not just for his music, but for being the very embodiment of the idea that-no matter your faults-if you bust your ass while remaining honest to yourself and the world, you WILL become and REMAIN successful no matter the trials ahead. “All things are possible through love.” Thank you, Kanye.
Easy Eis I see these types of comments a lot and don’t get it. Enjoy the artist you live while they’re alive. SMFH when I see, “can’t wait for the life movie when they’re dead, I wonder who’ll play them”. Live in the now ffs
6:43 really got me when he heard the crowd and just took a moment to soak it up. God bless this man, I wish more artists were more wholesome/vulnerable in the spotlight.
And as Hemminway said, "To write, all you need to do is bleed", or handover the most life-threatening asset artists have. Sometimes its their mental health, reputation, or anything important to the artist's life. Kanye West in my eyes, is one of the greatest artists of all time, ever. For the effort and things he has sacrificed, he is one of the greatest idols to ever look up towards on this journey of my life and the career i've set out for myself. I'm gonna do it for you ye. Love you man. JLK
This was a dope ass performance. He looks like he’s genuinely happy and enjoying it. The audience is fucking perfect. Belting and totally hyped about every last lyric. The song In general is the best song in one of the best albums of all time. And it’s also a self aware song in which he admits the pure pain he feels from missing his wife. Switching up the lyrics constantly to express the pain even more. The feature absolutely killing it and the well done production LIVE from Kanye. FUCKING. PERFECTION. if I saw this live I would have cried like a baby. I cry just watching it at home. Ye is king
TILL THIS DAY IT HAUNTS ME THAT KANYE WILL NEVER EVER HAVE ANOTHER PERFORMANCE LIKE THIS EVER AGAIN AND I WASNT AROUND TO WITNESS THIS LIVE AND IT KILLS ME CAUSE HE IS THE GREATEST ARTIST THAT WILL EVER LIVE. 😪😭😖😢
The mediocrity of JIK kills me inside, wish old Kanye would come back. Even TLOP still sounds relevant today, I'd love that old Kanye back too. I'm cursed with this type of shit. Couldn't go to Porter Robinson's Virtual Self tour or Travis Scott's Astroworld tours because I was busy with fucking univ.
Was actually recorded by coolhandluque, notice that the last notes of the recording and all the crowd applause at the end have been cut out [so that you don't see the coolhandluque recording signature at the end]. Why not just leave it in full and get the fabulous crowd applause which went on for ages?
@@LuqueCoolhand😂😂 you really think someone else recorded this? Lol. Guess they took all those other vids too. Please. Also I’d been filming for 15 mins bro. Arms needed a rest 😂
