TL;DR - Ruruka’s insecurities ruined everything. But like I said in the video I hope you guys enjoy! I had a bunch of scripting issues with it and I’m not sure it’s my best analysis video, but I had at least finally reached a point to where I was satisfied with it. I’ll try to post either the live-stream highlights video or my V3 character impressions video next, depending on how many issues I have editing the live-stream video haha.
Very good Food for Thought!! Back when the DR3 anime was airing, I made a theory about the Future Side's Opening. Might b somethin you'd like The basis of the Theory is: _Every "Death" in the Opening is actually a Dream each character is having_ ~Dreams, of course, is a theorized to: *represent unconscious desires, thoughts, and motivations* I got the idea for the theory when I saw the words "Sleeping Pills" and noticed all the characters on the "Death" side had their eyes closed. So, When I started looking things up on it, many things line up shocking well. Mostly from the 3rd character onward. However, I had to use different Websites to find exact things; and wording is important... ~I don't see many people Theorizing "this" about the Op, So I wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts on the idea
I always thought her death was supposed to be ironic in the fact that nobody discovered her body. She betrayed her only friends because she was afraid that they would abandon her and leave her all alone. when she finally died no one knew or found her, therfore she ended up all alone, which was what she was so afraid of. That's what I theorized at least. But I can't forgive her for killing kizakura. He shouldn't have died.
Okay weird theory but did he die we know Kyoko lived when her bracket went off so wouldn’t that mean the people who had their braclet go off would certainly live since they were in the game for less than a day around either 8-10, or 12-15 I forget how many hours they said they would sleep in but yeah
@@galexicatva3571 Sore ga chigau zo! The only reason kyoko lived was bcause he used the cure that seiko did,It slowed down the poison which didnt make the death instantly.
To be fair, she was already using insanely powerful drugs to cheat her way through exams, Seiko was providing them (As well as aphrodisiacs and steroids to Teruteru), and Izayoi was complicit. The three of them, by all rights, deserved to be expelled even before the bomb incident (Though honestly, with how talented Seiko is, I'm a little surprised she _was_ expelled)
I feel like Ruruka could have fixed the problem of Seiko not being able to eat her sweets if she had tried to make something sugar-free (since Seiko mentions the trigger for her medicine is sugar), but she didn't really try since she doesn't believe in herself at all.
I feel like that's a problem with the writing. It's easy to make sugar free sweets using natural sweeteners like dates, honey and maple among many things. This would have easily resolved her sugar issue, but I think they either needed this conflict between the two girls or maybe Seiko can't even handle natural sugar to the point she needs to depend on a keto-ish diet to take her medication. ( I don't remember if she specifically said refined sugar or just sugar)
@@random664 Also it is said, that she can ONLY make confections and she express herself towards other is through her sweets. Nothing else. That's why she relying on Seiko's so much because that's the only thing she can do for being friends with her, just relying. Why she only relying on her friends? it's because she has trust issue so she can't do anything other than share her sweets or relying on her friends. And the Seiko's allergy only make her trust issue gone far too worse because she felt that Seiko's doesn't like or even trust Ruruka's at all. At how it mentioned that Ruruka's sweet can brainwash people(at Seiko's case she can't eat sugar at all), but that's the thing...why you need to trust someone when you know that people won't betray you? So that's why she make her sweets can brainwash people so SHE doesn't feel scared from being betrayed at all, BUT I think that's wasn't the case. She said her sweets can brainwash people but she only give it to people she can't trust, in this case the only person who ate Ruruka's sweets for a long time is Izayoi but he didn't brainwashed at all. We can prove it in her insecurity, why she killed Izayoi is because Izayoi never brainwashed from her sweets so she doubts him when he doesn't eat any sweets she offer to him. So the point is, THE ONLY AFFECTION SHE CAN GIVE OR EXPRESS HER FEELINGS TOWARDS OTHER IS THROUGH HER CONFECTIONS, WITHOUT IT SHE DON'T KNOW WHAT TO OFFER WITHOUT FEEL BEING USED BY OTHERS BECAUSE SHE HAS TRUST ISSUE. Edit: Sorry for my rambling, if you all read my comment til' the end I then feel so grateful. Really.
I think that the reason Ruruka 's suicide was the most brutal of them all was because of her guilt. You know how Makoto had to reflect on his previous actions/experiences in a negative light due to the suicide video? Then Ruruka had so much guilt that she mutilated herself to such a degree. Pretty sad, actually. And yeah, I noticed that none of the characters ever acknowledged her death. It pisses me off tbh because that means her death was pointless and instead of killing her, the time could've been used to redeem her. Also, I think one thing that Danganronpa 3 kinda messed up on was trying to make Ruruka tragic. Like they put so much drama on her past with Seiko and how betrayed she felt, but if you look at her actions objectively, it just looks like she's manipulating Seiko the whole time and instead of going into psychological problems, it made her come across as a total bitch (who's hated by the fandom).
Alice Vessalion Yeah. There's no way I can feel sorry for Ruruka since she seemed like such a bad person. During the anime, I wanted her to get some sort of redemption, but that never happened. Honestly, IMO, I see her death as a result of karma.

It was the best way they had to show us that she wasn't just a complete bitch and felt really fucking bad about herself, like??? How much regrets do you have if you killed yourself so brutally? So yeah... nobody acknowledging her can also mean that nobody actually cared about her besides Izayoi and Seiko. She acted very confident and mighty but she never had anyone else besides those two who unfortunately ended up dead, sad and betrayed. After that, when she was alone without anyone to help her mentally by praising her she finally started to admit the mistakes she made throughout her life thus she tortured herself until her death. Pretty sure it was a wise decision to kill her off, and tbh i don't see how she could've "redeemed" herself in such a short amount of time. Pretty sure that's also why they killed her off. "So hey, we have that much more of the story to cover in 3 episodes, how's that gonna work?" "Dunno man... we still have Ruruka too, do we have enough time for a redeeming arc?" "Nuh-uh, the only option left is to kill her off, the audience doesn't like her anyway. So how about that?" "Ok."
Well I think it is not about what you feel, but about how you act what makes you who you are... so she acted as if she doesn't care about anyone but herself, therefore nobody cared about her death, hence she got a pretty deserving death. I was also happy when she died because I didn't like her honestly... but that's just my opinion XD
This was certainly a much needed character analysis to shine more light on Ruruka. This is good for the lack of content to work with, but I want to add a few things: Insecure feelings pile on top of one another and eventually perpetuate a cycle in which Ruruka has to force self-confidence, then feel guilty for feigning her character, and once more, she needs to convince herself of her decency. I believe that a major part of Ruruka's insecurity has rooted from how amazing Seiko has seemed. The first impression Seiko gives of Ruruka is that of an amazing person for being able to save the life of a dog. No matter how well Ruruka makes her sweets, confections would not be able to save a life. Of course, as a child, being curious about what amazing inventions your friend can make is natural. Seiko always worked extremely hard to fulfill Ruruka's requests, and over time, Ruruka realizes this. However, she could never give Seiko anything in return, thus resulting in immense feelings of guilt, and in turn, insecurity. Seiko was also similar to Ruruka, being visibly insecure. However, Seiko had the ability to ease that insecurity by helping others. Ruruka cannot help others to the same extent Seiko can. Because of this, I believe Ruruka took Seiko's betrayal very hard. Seiko was like a better version of herself, being able show her insecurity _and_ help others. Committing something as lowly as betrayal destroys Ruruka's idealistic view of Seiko, which in turn tarnishes Ruruka's hope and confidence in the person she can become. Sure, Ruruka's actions are not very justified, but think about being in the same situation as she. Ruruka's distraught in saying the line "Where has everything gone wrong?" evinces that Ruruka wishes to repair her friendship with Seiko. However, no matter how badly Ruruka wants to pay Seiko back, she couldn't for her lack of talent other than making sweets. On top of that, her boyfriend hasn't been able to replenish Ruruka's security to that of a more normal level because he seemingly only compliments her "delicious sweets" as opposed to characteristics that make Ruruka the person she is. (Izayoi really did care about Ruruka as a person, but she wasn't able to discover this until after she already betrayed him.) These ultimately destroy Ruruka's sense of self.
Yes, it really is. Out of every character in DR3, Ruruka is the most complex. People don't understand that, and never try to look deeper into her character as a result. All they see her as is a selfish manipulative bitch. While that is exactly what she is, she's so much MORE than that. That's also why I'm pissed off that the writers killed her. More people would have seen how deep her character is had she gotten redemption.
169Tom i want to add something about Izaoi. I think he always complimented Ruruka's sweets because he understands how important is for Ruruka to be aknowledged for her talent. He thought that he was protecting her feelings. Because of this i believe he wasn't brainwashed and he really loved her.
+Yokomichi not really, I mean it did look like Seiko felt she was being used, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't the intention of Ruruka. They were both friends since they were kids, after all. Then again, she did rely on Seiko too much, resulting in the whole fiasco that later happens, when the exams started. Even then it was Komaeda's luck that made him get the wrong medicine, but she still blamed her.
+Yokomichi Yeah, you might be right about that. Even if Komaeda didn't intervene, Seiko might have later just break the friendship. Although in that case there's a chance Ruruka realizes her recent behaviour with her.... that, or she'd act like a bitch.

Of all the characters who died in DR3, I wanted Ruruka to live the most. Right before her suicide when she's trying to convince herself she's in the right, It felt like the very start of a redemption arc for her. Only for her to immediately be killed off. I really hoped to see her actually learn from her horrible mistakes and become a better person.
And the worst part is, HER DEATH WAS POINTLESS! Kirigiri already had everything she needed to know, and Ruruka is NEVER MENTIONED ONCE after her death. Nobody even bothers to find her body!
That was the only part in the whole anime to make me cry. I was watching with my sister and I knew she was about to die from the scene, and I just turned and said "I really really want her to live but she's going to die it's not fair" or something.
I think that's what the writers were wanting. The way Ruruka was acting, nobody would have cared had she died early on. However, they gave us a glimpse of her having MORE to her then just being a bitch. So naturally when some of the audience starts to feel for her, they kill her. It's actually a great strategy if you think about it, cause that ONE scene of her piling rocks made me completely see her character in a different light.
Ahhhhh I absolutely loved this! As someone who suffers from a temperamental inferiority complex, I can totally relate to how Ruruka feels about her insecurities and needing confirmation and assurance to get by in life. I've been betrayed several times myself and every single time was because I trusted them too much and let them have too much power over me. Maybe that's why I still don't really like Ruruka, she reminds me of me... But I digress. I loved this, I don't see why you don't like this analysis because it's just as informative and entertaining as all the others! I'm really eager to see the one for Hajime, he's my favorite :)
I actually agree a lot with this analysis, it never occurred to me to think so deeply about her, because I was too busy just hating her throughout the whole anime. This one is actually one of my favorite analysis, yet.
I am happy that Ruruka got an analysis because she is one of the most hated characters, but I always thought she was not really a bad person inside, I agree with the analysis but I thought she had the most brutal death because she was very guilty of what she did and she hated herself so much that she ended like that, for the sweets I thought she was wanting to choke on them but I guess that would be too extreme XD
There's something I noticed regarding Ruruka's corpse. There are only two visible pieces of candy in her mouth (although there's most likely more of them down her throat) and they're both of a bluish-green color. That is the same color of the candy that ended up killing Izayoi. I dunno, it's probably just a coincidence, but it's cool XD
this girl truly is so incredible. she's so quick to be labeled as a "manipulative bitch" without looking into what a deep and complex character she truly is. the truth is, she did nothing but love seiko. she adored not only the things she could do, but she also adored seiko as an entire person. it's just that her self hatred, fears, and paranoia ran so strong that it effected her so greatly to the point where the small things seiko did ended up having massive impacts on ruruka. think of a time where you've felt like a dear friend doesn't care about you any more. think of the emotions you felt at that time. ruruka's trust issues take those feelings and multiply them to such a large extent that its hard for her to maintain any relationships at all. the lack of communication between her and seiko was especially their greatest downfall. i believe that both seiko and ruruka are equally in the wrong for the fall of their friendship. they both could have been more patient and considering and open with each other..but of course that did not happen. ruruka most likely didn't believe seiko when she told her that she couldn't eat sugar, and it's not canon that seiko ever showed any medical reports that said so. small feats like that made ruruka feel like seiko, her best and most cherished friend, didn't return the trust that she placed so deeply into her. after their friendship ended its obvious that her fears sky rocketed, so she took even more precautions to not get hurt again or lose anyone.. more specifically with izayoi. but once the killing game happened and izayoi stopped eating her sweets and wouldn't tell her his FA. she started freaking out. the person she trusted most in the world suddenly stopped trusting her, and that made it all the more easier to make the decision of killing him. under the pressure of the game, seeing all your comrades dropping like flies, she wasn't thinking rationally and thought she should betray him before he betrays her. back when seiko died, she did appear to be upset about it. some could claim her tears to be fake but i don't think they are. seiko was her childhood friend for so many years and it must have hurt a lot to see her there.. hanging on the wall.. ruruka isn't heartless, you know? it was never even confirmed that ruruka had intentions of killing seiko. but since seiko went beast mode and started chasing after her, both ruruka and izayoi did everything they could to protect themselves. after seiko ends up dead, i'm sure ruruka saw the candy on the floor. it probably hurt her a lot to realize how much she mistook their friendship. she does realize how extremely incorrect she was in her actions though. seeing seiko dead must have been bad enough, but after she kills izayoi, all of that regret piles up on her so immensely. that's why she starts to lose it a bit. she decides she's going to do anything she can to live on for the two people she cared about so dearly and hurt so much. she wants to avenge them. to let them know they didn't die for nothing. so she did the only thing she could do with her FA! she tried killing anyone. it was nearly impossible to do, but she tried with all her might even with all the odds against her. and in her final moments where she realizes she failed, it's the lowest she has ever felt. she couldn't keep her friendship with seiko, she couldn't bring herself to trust izayoi, she couldn't do anything other than make sweets, she couldn't achieve the life she always wanted, and what hurt most is that she couldn't avenge her loved ones. people hate ruruka for doing what she did in the killing game, but ruruka had no other choice. her FA was practically a death trap, saying that she would die if anyone escaped. she wanted life so badly that she did everything in her power to stay alive. its not a crime to want to live, ya know?

Picky Psychology Student Exactly! To me, he's the more relatable character of the bunch. Who hasn't been bullied in middle school, what boy doesn't want to date the beautiful blonde girl? With this cast of wild and crazy people, Kazu is kind of a breath of fresh air, and the more "normal" and "human" character of them all.
I sometimes feel like I'm the only one who actually likes Ruruka. as someone with npd i agree with what you said here and think it's probably the reason why I sympathize with her despite the wrong she did. I get her feelings and being put in such a... difficult, horrifying situation, I can get why she did what she did, even though she wasn't right by any means
I don't hate Ruruka because I can relate to her. I didn't have some kind of dark past, nor do I have any enemies, so I don't know why I feel the way I do, but I also look to others to see my worth. I try to befriend those who I'm "better than" in some way (looks, talent, etc), and avoid those who overshadow me. I'm extremely jealous of those who best me in my passions, and I refuse to hang out with people more attractive than me. I NEED my boyfriend because he always makes me feel needed and important. I cry when he tells me how much he loves and needs me because I've never heard that before. I get upset when he points out my negative traits or appears even a little bit upset with me. I was never alone in school (except college) because I always tried to find someone to make me feel less lonely, but once we graduated and went our separate ways, we stopped talking (and yes, I made an effort. You should see my messages. Several "hey" "what's up" "hello"s with no response). Even if an ex didn't do anything wrong, I put the blame on them for why the relationship didn't work out. I'm very careful around my current friends because they're very religious, unlike me, so I have to make sure that doesn't slip out. I need to make sure people like me so I won't be alone. The point is, it wouldn't be right for me to hate someone like Ruruka, who I relate to so much. I'm not a good person as you can see, but at least I'm aware of it.
Aimai Hime I also always try to befriend others who I sort of see myself as better as and get very easily annoyed when a conversation turns away from my interests. Compliments can easily go to my head and I can also be sort of controlling at times. I am also very jealous of those who are better than me in some sort of way

I personally love him to death and feel like he was one of the characters with the most wasted potential. I feel like he could've been way more interesting but he was just kinda put there to be Ruruka's slave
I love this analysis. There's a few things I'd like to add: The dog: she focused on the live one to encourage Seiko and to remind her of her success rather than make a comment about the failure. It's more of a "You still saved one!" Rather than "I don't care about that one." and it seemed more of an attempt to cheer up Seiko. When Izayoi stopped eating her sweets, it reminded her of how Seiko behaved, but both of them had a legitimate reason not to eat them. She has a lot of difficulty considering the context in which people reject her sweets, and is quick to think "are my sweets not good enough for you" looping back to "do you think you're too good for my sweets?" Again, great analysis!
Ruruka was one of my favorite characters in DR3 and i rly wish they could have redeemed her since she's so different from other characters in her motivations, but it also would have been difficult since there was more to redeem her *from* than other characters, not to mention it was a 13 episode series that was also ending the whole HPA saga, meaning there probably wasn't enough time for it anyway. sigh, if only she'd entered the series sooner. (or they'd skipped despair arc and just made future arc 24 episodes to provide a more coherent story with more character development D:< )
My least favourite character honestly, I understood her relationship with insecurity and narcissism, but god I just was not a fan. I suppose that's the point though

Thank you for making this! Ruruka is my favorite character so it means alot ^-^ Altho i missed you talked about they anxiety and her inability to trust anyone who dosent eat her sweets which is how both of her closet relationships ended.
Hmm for an upcoming analysis would you consider doing either Fuyuhiko or Peko the whole twilight syndrome case is very interesting when I think about how it could relate to their characters
Thanks for making this analysis, it really helped me to understand Ruruka's character, the mainly reason i came here was because of her relationship with Seiko and why she'd act this way with Seiko, bc Seiko told her the first time she offered the sweet that she can't eat bc of her medicine. It really helped me to understand her and flush her a little bit
I read on Wiki that on Lerche's twitter, it shows a picture of Ruraka Ando, Seiko Kimura, and Sonosuke Izayoi together in the after life, seemingly to reconciled with one another. Ruraka was trying to feed Seiko's sweets, while Sonosuke held two knifes to her, forcing Seiko to eat the sweets because they are dead anyways.
I hope I'm not the only one who hates Ruruka ;-; except when she got Fedora daddy killed. And made Seiko sad And killed Yoi And made Bandai sad And tried to kill Kyoko And
I think that Izayoi was an amazing character because even though he might not have showed it, he deeply cared about Ruruka. Maybe that's why he continued always complimenting her sweets and pastries, he realized that making sweets was the only thing she actually acknowledged about herself, so he assured her that she was good at making sweets so that she wouldn't doubt that either. Also, the way he kisses her, even after he realizes she pushed candy into his mouth furthermore demonstrates how much he cared for her. He accepts it, as if he would be fine dying as long as he's doing the things he loves most: eating Ruruka's candy and loving her.
Another awesome analysis! I know it'll probably be lost in the comments but I'm really glad you're back. You always approach things from a really unique and deep perspective and put a lot of time into your videos despite school and that's great! If you don't mind me asking what major are you going into to in order to look at things like this?
Ruruka was definitely a very well written character, and it would've been interesting to see how she'd deal with the loss of Seiko and Izayoi, who were both the closest thing to a friend that she ever had. Yes, she's done some bad things, hell, Kirigiri and Kizakura were two of my faves and attempted to kill one of them and killed the other. Ryota was alright. I don't love him, but I don't hate him either. The plot kinda screwed his character over, but I don't wanna have yet another rant about how bad was DR3.
+Mister Mister I agree, she was well written, It is because the anime was short and did not have time to have a character backstory to all! So I bet if the anime would be longer she would be even better

I think Ruruka is a great character, and that she doesn't deserve such a negative reaction from the fans. And I convince myself every time that many fans are very toxic and do not respect other people's opinions, as I poured a lot of negativity because I love Ruruka. I just want to say that every character deserves the attention and love of fans. (I apologize for mistakes, I write through a translator)
Same i love Ruruka honestly I enjoyed her alot but if she didn't kill Kizakura she might be liked a lot more but because of that major little thing she did where she twisted the whole mess with Kyoko I felt like she needed to be redeemed I liked her and I don't care if people hate her she's still really good from other characters like Great Gozu who was basically dead no matter what like no one even rooted for him or like characters like Daisaku another character who was destined to die in the beginning.
Either because: She's the Ex-SHSL Confectioner and a sugar free confection doesn't count Seiko's medicine would still interfere (what do you define as sugar? can Seiko have carbs?) She did but Seiko was too scared that it would still kill her. The writers decided an erotic soup scene, creating continuity plot holes, and entire episodes devoted to things that would never be addressed again were more important than actual backstory and questions being answered.

Thank you for doing these analysis videos. The series has such a big cast overall, so it's nice to see a single character's development focused on and take center stage in their own video. Makes me realize a lot of things about them, in combination with learning from what you've personally analyzed about them. I appreciate it a lot ~

Really like this analysis of Ruruka. I didn't realize she was insecure when people didn't want to eat her candy. And NPD definitely fits her. Also now I see that Izayoi was also an enabler for her.
I really don't get why Ruruka even was angry at Seiko for not eating her sweets. As I remember Seiko even said that she can't even eat them so I don't get why Ruruka was so mad. Even if she felt that Seiko thinks she's better than her it's just to much to put my head around. Her paranoia got to her in the end!
I blame Hope's Peak for that one. There was this whole toxic belief that Talent= Human Worth, and Ruruka was probably feeling that if Seiko, who she describes as being her hero, doesn't eat her candy, then her talent as SHSL Confectioner is meaningless, compared to Seiko's talent, which can save lives.
I had personally thought she had Borderline Personality Disorder because of her intense fear of abandonment, but now that I think about Narcissistic Personality Disorder, it kind of makes more sense.
And also if you could make a Gozu or Bandai analysis it would be amazing, especially since we don't know much about them ;_; but it would be hard then xc

I actually have a soft spot for favorite characters so I wanted to dig into her character since with all the evidence I have it leads to "I'm a rude person manipulates people and I killed my boyfriend" I felt she was so much more than that. After reading so many hate comments on her I wanted to watch a character analysis on her, while watching this I immediately put her on my favorite interesting character list.
You know. I really wanna know more about Mondo's past. I'm sure there's more to him than having a dog called Chuck and growing up with his brother Daiya. I mean in Mondo's free time events, he mentions his mother would kill him if he ruined his honour. So...if it was said, he grew up with his older brother a lot and was the only person he trusted and respected, why would he bring up his mother?

I actually sort of like ruruka because I can relate. I don't trust my friends. I don't know what they think of me, and I'm scared. I wouldn't kill my partner over it, but it's there.

I wonder; if Ando was disillusioned because she didn't understand why Kimura didn't make a medication to counteract her deathly "allergy" to sugar, was Kimura disillusioned because she couldn't understand why Ando didn't try using a sugar substitute of some sort to make something she could actually ingest without dying?
I know this is really bad and I don't even know I should say this openly but this gal might be one of my favourite characters cause of how much I can relate
I think Ruruka , at least from seeing this (and some comments) analysis, is a character with depth. But with someone like me, I am unable to see or understand this depth by just watching the show. You know, like with characters like Nagito, his complexity is spelled out for you during his free time events, with him being a very honest person about his feelings and intentions. But with a character like Ruruka, I'm just left to guess her thoughts and purpose behind her actions. So to someone stupid like me, I can only see her as a mean person who used others, which limits the depth of her character. This is true for a lot of characters in many franchises, but that's more down to my "if it's not explicitly stated or obvious to understand, I won't get it" way of watching/playing things, so I do think she's kinda bitchy, but there are layers that, without this breakdown, I might not have got it, and would still see her as just "that bitch who got Seiko and Izayoi killed for no reason." Could also be the lack of content compared to other characters, but it's probably me being stupid. XD
Can you do a Character Analysis on Kokichi Oma? I don't think you can because I'm pretty sure you haven't played Danganronpa V3 but I'm just asking to make sure.
OMG, YOU PLAYED 999 AND I MISSED IT. Thankfully I can watch it, I have to watch this first though. I've always loved Ruruka and I'm glad someone created an Analysis on her.

Could you do an analysis on Ryota next? I honestly think he needs to be shed more light upon due to everyone's disdain for him at the end of the series. And some theories about Hope Arc too, maybe the one theory about it possibly being a fever dream due to the hope anime actually airing in real time? And the theory about DR3 being his anime, and just theres so much you can cover over Mitarai and he's such a well hated and or overlooked character.
i already love seiko and ruruka despite the fact i can't watch the anime anywhere which i really wanted to but still their up and down friendship is very interesting to me
Like wow...I have mix feels when they show her in the anime..I actually wish she and Seiko could be besties..but their entire friendship seems to be misunderstood...Love this video!!!
gosh frick now i feel bad for ruruka she was the indirect cause of seikos death (and im a huge freaking seiko simp) and i thought so lowly of her for how she made seiko feel but... she had her own problems too...
