Ryobi Powered Machete Chandelier Build- My Cabin Needs Light!

Ripping into another Ryobi light cuz I can't see jack in here! How else would you make a unique, custom light fixture for a tiny house?
Clearly, if you have 8 machetes, a propane torch, and a 3d printer, and an 18v Ryobi work light, there's only one reasonable thing to build.

So I was sitting in my cabin that I made with a chainsaw and I made a chandelier out of machete’s and I used a ryobi battery and lights with plastic glow in the dark mounting bracket that I 3 D printed on a machine. For my next project I’m going to make a time machine out of my 4 wheeler! You are a very ingenious guy. Love this channel.

I found this channel a couple/few years ago by searching for "winter camping." Here I am, a couple years later, watching religiously every weekend for all the chainsawing, 3d printing, sewing, electrical, etc and I love it. You're so incredibly creative, and talented, so much fun to watch.

Very much appreciating the attention to detail of blunting the machetes before hanging - still, be advised that even a knitting needle can still puncture you with enough force like, say, gravity? Very much enjoying this episode of, er,homecrafts?

This is awesome great work! I think those 3D printed housings for the battery would look so much better if you cut a rectangle out of the wood and mounted them from the inside of the wall (sticking through). That way they wouldn’t stick out from the wall so much. You could just 3D print a bezel to go on the outside to cover the screw holes or something. Hopefully that makes sense. Anyway great job! Cheers from Canada.

The key to drilling all hardened blades, and chainsaw bars is start with a sharp drill bit use cutting oil and heavy pressure, slow speed, don't let the bit turn with out cutting a chip, As soon as the bit rotates with out cutting it hardens the blade in the bottom of the hole, sometimes you can flip it over and finish the hole. a carbide tip masonry bit helps. Try a reflector under the bulb to reflect the light back up to the blades.
