Lunch is a good character, but I think the blonde angry side kinda overshadows her blue self just by virtue of being funnier. Also LOL at the Darwin fatality.

it’s a shame she’s forgotten about. she’s one of the best and unique characters in dragon ball in my opinion. i hope to get this figure at some point in the future

The real first super saiyan

So sad Toriyama forgot about her. OG dragon ball has always been my favorite and that part of DB is how I was introduced to the series. Classic and simply funny adventures was what made OG DB so great.

The figure was a normal release. There's still probably one available at your local Barnes and Noble.

Lunch is a classic but definitely left in the past of Dragon Ball. Difference between a "grounded" vs super scifi show. Honestly her and Tao are probably my favorite DB characters.

Man i got the kid Chichi figure and at first It felt wrong to have that damn figure. It's part of the DB display but never realize how wrong that design was for a child until I got it on plastic💀

Sad that Launch was pretty much forgotten, she was a good character. I think she only appeared like once or twice in DBZ lol

I think she was general release, I remember getting mine from Amazon. But just how you said, most people didn’t care or knew about her so this figure got slept on.

Surprisingly, Launch was a regular release, but she was a tad on the pricey side. She was about $60. She should of been more like $50 or $40.

Terrible thing said, she definitely deserves being in a modern story

i do wish S.H.F do the double jointed knees and arms for the db female figures like they do for the males. it doesn't look good to me and break the sculp in my opinion.

She will make a good custom for revy from black lagoon

Question of the day: Definitely was a fan of her, I liked her in dragonball and was liking her interaction with Tien. Still I’m bummed I missed out on her! I’m really surprised they didn’t just release two separate figures of her. What was wrong with the Chichi figure? Edit: Think I got an idea by some of the comments 😂

Man, poor Launch. I had issues with mine, her one leg was like completely solid, the joint wouldn't work. I did get a replacement and now it's like I have one dark hair and one blonde, so that's pretty cool. It's also my first time with a defect with an SH Figuarts. I do love this character though, it's a good female base figure for art reference.

I thought you reviewed this figure. I like all the Dragon Ball figures. It's a shame there hasn't been any new releases from the line in a while. I guess they didn't sell well. I want more original Dragon Ball figures.

I think its lame that the reason for her being abandoned was because they introduced yellow haired super saiyan XD. she was a cool character, but I get why she was pushed to the side. I got the figure mainly for pairing with my tien. I'm not a fan of the joints, personally.but she's a good buy, imo

Where are you getting your premium bandai figures? I order the kits from them and they never really seemed much more expensive than normal releases.

I love Launch. She's a very 'Dragon Ball' character. Funny and edgy at the same time. It's a little sad that even Mr. Dragon Ball himself, Akira Toriyama forgot about her. Literally! lol

Yeah, she seems a bit more worth it than the armored Gohan IMHO (so much I bought two of her; so I can display both the blonde and the bluehair)

Love lunch. Love her original form the best. I dont think its a premium figure. Got her from amazon years back

Launch was among the first few S.H.Figuarts figures I got and It’s a shame she’s been forgotten such a fun character🥺 And a Chi Chi review would just be as simplified as you could get😂 I see nothing wrong with it it’s fully just a piece of plastic its not that serious, I have the figure and appreciate it for what it is👌🏻

I loved Lunch, or Launch, I never know what to call her. She had a good bit, but I can see why she was mostly left out of Z since the but did get kind of old. I like this release well enough, I’m just bummed that Bandai hasn’t shown any more figures from Dragon Ball since her release. I’d love a desert bandit Yamcha, first appearance Tien, and even younger and more slender versions of Goku and Piccolo Jr from the end of the series. The only figure I’ve passed on so far is Kid Chi Chi for what I hope are obvious reasons.

Man, I saw your video at the 3 POA but a lot of stuff you criticize about joints, plastic, etc... Are indeed issues with the Action Force line. You asked Bobby about those things and agreed a lot with him on issues like that for other companies but you really need to get yourself wave 1, 2 and 3 to know that not everything shining under the Valaverse camp is gold. 💡 Nice review for this anime figure, very detailed look😃👍

Right here, i was lucky to watch Dragon Ball since the begining and i do remember Launch to why i bought the figure a few years ago. She maybe not well known but for those who grew up with the early DB they will be pleased of how good this figure is. With the recent arc you would think she would get a cameo at least but seems that won't happen anytime soon. Glad you made a review of it and hopefully you budge on reviewing a certain Chainsaw Guy later =P

Gamma 1 and 2

I wish she returns in Dragon Ball Super and I wish they revive Raditz in the next arc of Dragon z all Super, where he and Launch can be together, I feel sad for the both of them Launch has been forgotten or overshadowed for many years and she only appeared in cameo in DBZ, and Raditz does while Vegeta lives on, I even feel sorry for Nappa, both Raditz and Nappa deserve to be revived and be redeemed in the next Arc of Dragon Ball Super and Launch deserves to return, and you know what i also wish Maron (Krillin’s ex-girlfriend) returns in DBS, I know she’s nit canon but it be funny returns in DBS Filler

If it wasn't for how expensive SH Figuarts tend to be this launch would be one of the first one's I'd buy, I really love Launch and while I am sad she never came back I am also happy she didn't because uhh I don't trust nor like how Toriyama handles female characters or romance, which I don't really care for in general If they ever did more og db figures I'd love an adult chi chi figure, the chi chi from the world tournament. It's my favorite look for the character and I wish she kept that kinda attitude instead of just become 1# housewife with no agency I love Launch, very fun character gimmick

I'm a fan of her as I think the original Dragon Ball is by far the best of the series. She didn't need to be in the forefront of future shows but not even having her in the background like Oolong or Puar is insulting. Think she's the only character who's been completely left out from the original Dragon Ball.

When is the next Naruti Figure review

There is a fan manga where her and tien become a couple and have a kid. It work really well and I'm hoping toriyama borrows a bit from it. I'm a fan

Love Anthony's videos, been watching for years but the fact that he won't review kid chichi is hilarious. Like Bulma is actually oversexualized and she's 16 in dragon ball yet he reviewed that perfectly fine, yet somehow chichi is were he draws the line when all she does is wear a weird outfit? Your trying to hard man it's just a piece of plastic and no one looks at her like that😂

I see nothing wrong with reviewing Chi-Chi, let alone with how she dresses. People just need to get their minds out the gutter smfh.
