I have been recently diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver. My liver enzymes are normal. I am pre-diabetic ,is on bp n thyroid medication. I had stopped exercising in the last one year n gained weight.I am undergoing a lot of stress for the lat one year.I am 76.my height is 152 cm n weight was 75 kg.had brought it down to 72kg in three weeks, by eating less oily food n exercising. My Dr has prescribed evion 400 mg.Is there any other medication which will help me to reverse the condition. . .

Dr. Sahab, now days millet diet is getting recommended. Various new millets are introduced. Please give your openion for millet as substitute of wheat or rice. To me personally millet causing constipation.

Dear Doctor, being from Kanpu r, UP, how can i have a medical consultation with you? i have non alcoholic fatty liver. Its since 2009. I have Hypothyroidism & alternately take 1.25-1.50 mg Thyronorm. Check by Quarterly blood tests. Metabolic syndrome/disorder, etc NASH, Udiliv 300, Xet10, Lesuride, Sucranith sulphate, Bariatric surgey, wt regained Dear Dr pls do reply, i hv poor metabolism.
