Hey, Sajam I dunno if you read every comment but I run a bi-weekly tournament on fightcade for VSAV that's been going for a couple of years. It's really cool seeing people with a larger following give this game the spotlight it deserves and I hope it brings more people to the game to make my life as a TO complete hell with the number of entries I get!

@@pcgaming1268 agree. I like the kick that strikes twice too. When you have afterimages on, Talbain can be savage. I always try to get the pursuit in too after all the low roundhouses
sajam, i wasnt watching the stream so idk if you did it already, but make sure you set the speed to "TURBO 3" in the settings of your training mode arcade cabinet, its what the fightcade arcade cabinet uses and its the tournament standard.
When I see one of Talbain special move 4:05 (where he turn into an orb/fireball thing that can be chained), it only reminded me of Zeta's special move in Granblue Vs.
Same input but two buttons for super and Beowulf's 4:06 move, man. The more fighting games I play the more sources for the references in skullgirls I find.
I once heard the tragedy of a guy picking Q Bee as his first character in this game. I have only played this against the CPU for a few times so I can't say I know a lot about it, but the guy was saying that picking Q Bee was a mistake. I wonder if she is gonna make Sajam reconsider his "just pick the character you think is cool" line. (Assuming he is sticking with her) I mean, on one hand I understand where he is coming from and partly agree with him but on the other hand, I think trying to learn a really hard character (as a beginner of the game) can make you hate the game.
F Yeah V Sav! Real talk, VSav was the first arcade board I got back in the day. Got the CPS2 board like a year before I finally got an arcade cabinet, and way before I got a candy cab. Friggin love this game.
I was about to ask if that was the speed the game is supposed to run at, cuz it looked mad faster than I remembered, but then I realized I set the speed of the video to 1.25 when it started smh :(
i purchased that one. the training mode is the saving grace of the ps3 port, along with the jp players keeping it alive. i hope the servers stay up once the ps3 shop closes. T_T
Hey Magic Moste. Please add a suizure warning in the intro for this game. I ain't sure, but that red and blue flashing in the game's intro and on a lot of the effects fucks with my eyes, and I don't even have any epileptic triggers afaik. I worry for anyone who does.
If you want a relatively inexpensive Raspberry Pi 4 build with pretty much all of the classic fighters, and most CD based libraries up to Dreamcast, I sell them at Umbrella_Arcades
Id want a port so that Id have people to play against, Ive messed around in it on fightcade you people really think the 8 year old ps3 port satisfies me, lol, I dont own a ps3, Im a zoomer put it on PC like garou, when that game was popping off it slapped so hard
