Man... Sajam + Moste always pump out constantly improving content on the regular, but sometimes we just gotta kick back and watch through the old stream stories. Good stuff ☕
This reminds me of a showdown I had with a subway employee once. I went and ordered hot sauce with my sandwich and this guy tells me "You sure? This sauce is very spicy." And I'm like "Yeah, I can handle spicy stuff." He puts some sauce on the sub and looks back at me with a grin asking if I want more. I'm standing there thinking this guy is challenging me so I can't back down. The end result was a sandwich with so much hot sauce that the bread was starting to get soggy and the flavor was being completely dominated by the sauce, all I could taste was spice. But I finished it and told the guy it was delicious.
I feel that. I'm Korean so personally have never had the problem, but whenever I go with my friends I have to reassure the waiters that they dont have to water anything down lmao
How am I supposed to survive as a white guy who loves spicy food but discovered he has ulcerative colitis. I have to decide between no spicy food and spicy food pair with internal bleeding.
It's associated with toughness, like being able to handle pain. The fact that you said "being able to handle" rather than "not liking" shows that you have the same prejudice, aha.
@@charliericker274 not rlly. I can handle a lot of spicy food but I still don't like it (I actually really don't like it)so what u said doesn't really mean anything
i need an patch about the word racism, when i was growing up, that was just the local people making a little fun of tourists when it comes to their own local costumes and culture. You know, like if your friend comes to visisti guadalajara, you take'em to eat spicy tortas ahogadas... etc, I tought racism was simply to belive in a unquestinable superiority of one race along with very hostile behavior, regardless of your name being "Cletus", having no functional teeth and education, while having a sexual relation to your sister (sorry for the obvious example, or any guy named named cletus). Maybe not in Korea, but been there, done that, spicy food in foreing lands can mess with you, specially when there are stranges with expectations watching. The expression "spicy" can mean sooooo mmany different things (and levels) in different places, I tought i handle spicyness well till i went to Puebla Mexico.
