Y'all parsis are very sweet 🧁 people on earth whenever I go to panchgani I always bring food from strawberry 🍓 inn po arsi restaurant I love their food and how many days I'm staying mahabaleshwar or panchgani I make a point I eat or parcel their dishes both times

Been making this traditional parsi recipe for the last 20 years and the only twist i give is to add half teaspoon of Dhansak masala to give it a lil diff taste which i love personally.

@@RoxanneBamboat Totally...I keep customising my Salli par Edu by adding something or the other...Also adding a lil bit of ginger garlic paste also takes it to another level n if you dont mind a lil more calories you can add grated cheese to give a nice creamy texture with the eggs cooked a lil runny and serve it with some nice pao

No it's actually thin fried potato sticks or straws. They are ready made and come in packets. Any grocery store that stores namkeen or snacks should have Salli.

You will have to cut potatoes into verrrrryyyyy thin strips and deep fry it. I don't advise making it at home its very time consuming. Just buy from any farsan shop you get thick and thin salli. Also you can use wafers instead. We have a dish called Wafer Per Edu where the salli is replaced by wafers

@@ranveersr8080 it must be sali only .. you get veryyyy thin and sometimes thick also.. just ask the shop keeper as long as it's potato straws it works
