That looks awesome. You should do more videos of all the various sauces. The sauce is always what makes or brakes a good or bad Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately most of them in my area are bad and the sauce tastes like they came from a can.
Thanks for showing How to make that salsa. I was wondering how to make it after I saw the video on papas. I think I'll have a hard time trying to find those chilies, as I live up north. But I'll give it a try anyway.

Ugh. I can never get that salsa right and my husband loves it. He's from Michuacan and thats a traditional salsa there but not where I'm from. Ill eventually get it right I hope.
