Samsung Soundbar Q950T review 2021 

Hey, No i personally did not, never had an issue connecting or loss of connection ( maybe they have updated it since you saw the other reviews ? )

Got no connection issue with mine too. Sound is awesome

YES, you do have a new model that came out but its not that different.

Also do you lose out on any features if you use this with non samsung tvs?

Depending on your room and set-up. for soundbar 5.1 ( with Atmos ) is more then enough, for AV receiver then as much as your room could Handel ( but i would go for 5.1.4 is the sweet spot )

@@pers285 Nothing at all, you could use this soundbar with any branded TV and still be blown away by the quality. Dont go buy a Samsung tv just to use with this soundbar.

@@pers285 you will gain in sound quality if you do not use Qsymphony on a Samsung tv, its is a gimmick, I have tried it out and disabled it right away, the fact that drivers are completely different in the tv means timbre and tonality do not match the soundbar, so it creates a sonic mess

Hi, The sound is much more bigger and immersive then the Bose, But the Bose is only a 5.1 set-up. So for 5.1 Bose still wins. How ever i would choose to watch movies with this Samsung Every time over the Bose.

If your tv doesn’t support hdmi eArc, would you still choose Q950T over bose?

@@robinlemvik3246 Of coures, because you still get Atmos ( not full but still considered atmos ) with ARC and that alone is better then what the Bose could provide, also given that Bose is priced MUCH higher then the samsung should give you an idea.

Does it still have the horrible dust collecting fabric on the top of the main sound bar?

The base is not lacking at all but that depends on your room. i havnt heard Job 9.1 yet but i would say nothing could be better then this currently.

Hi, That has now been fixed :) firmware updates does wonders when its done right.

I find that the rear speakers are way to low. I've put my sounbar speakers on -6 and the rear to +6 and even so the sounbqr is louder. And I feel now the sounbar is not sounding so ritch as it whoud if I put the volume level on it to 0 or +6 😐😑😒🙄 . I'm hoping foe a software update to make it all more equal.

@@cristianionescu3614 Rear speakers i have found +6 and i have everything else at +3 , Leave bass and treble alone Subwoofer +2, And found Adaptive mode to be the most balanced with movies and music for a more immersive setting

Make sure the rear speakers are spaced properly and positioned atleast at ear level, Acoustic music really really shines on this system in Adaptive mode with my settings

Get double-sided Velcro tape from wart it will hold the speakers up that's what I did

Hey, I believe they are only 1 option available for this, Basically anything that you could buy and works for this then thats the one to get. Even if you get the one from the N950 etc. it will still work :)
