I'm glad she played games and made it so there's virtually no way she could win (if ever there was a chance to begin with). No way that she's convincing the jury after they see the video as well.

I heard a couple attorneys discussing her case/situation and they believe she's attempting to get her case thrown out on a violation of "speedy trial." Which we all laughed about because it's not valid BECAUSE of her! She's the one who has blown through 8 attorneys and caused so many delays.

Sadly, she won’t let us miss her trial. I wish I could stop seeing her on my feed. She lives off this attention. It’s all she has left.

Her son never wanted anything to do with her. Her son is 100% full-time with the responsible parent now. He's got the best chance at life, now that the state is doing it's job.

Fortunately, his dad has always looked out for him, collecting him from that lunatic during her "parenting time."

Her ex is trying to petition the court to stop alimony payments. Hopefully it's granted. We can see why they divorced if this is her behaviour. ​@@bburgess5003

Most everybody on the planet has mental health issues of some sort to a greater or lesser extent. It doesn't mean she can't be held to account for the crime if she is found guilty but she definitely has serious mental health issues..

Don't get me wrong, I consider her to be responsible for his death and I say she should be found guilty and sent to prison, but, also, it was VERY stupid to let himself be zipped into a suitcase!

I do not know this, but I suspect she has gone through so many attorneys, because she has very likely ignored their advice having to do with a accepting a plea deal

Her son's baseball bat was taken away in evidence along with a pillow if you check out the full police interview. It was one of the things she asked about at the end from her list of questions. Along with was it ok to notify everyone about his death. There is definitely more to the story.

​@ltee2261 the neighbors sharing a wall said while being interviewed by police thay they'd heard loud bumping going down the stairs of Sarah's appointment, and the M.E. (supposedly, I am going off what the detective said here) alleges there were scrapes and bruises that were "from that night after he entered the apartment" (loosely quoting how I remember the detective put it. I've NOT read the ME's report so I cannot know if that "after George entered the apartment" was an example of how police are legally allowed to lie to you in interrogations). Some people (including me) think that seems to add up to George getting into the suitcase UPstairs (Sarah even said it was from the back of a bedroom closet), but through some action on his or someone else's part (my opinion it wasn't his own action) subsequently ending up where the videos were taken/where he was found deceased. Somehow.. Sarah does admit to MOVING the suitcase, but only because the suitcase was upside down and in multiple locations in her videos. I don't use that in my personal opinion of what I think may have happened. As usual, nothing is proven in court yet, so a big ol' "allegedly" on this until the court case is over. 😊

Right, if he made this judgment after two attorneys then she would have grounds for appeal. But after 8 don't think any appeals court is going to take it seriously. Frankly, they probably could have done this four lawyers ago, but I understand airing on the side of caution
