Ingredients for 3 LB of Pork Shoulder / Boston butt
Salt - 1/2 Tbsp or more depending on taste
Black ground Pepper - 1/2 Tbsp or more depending on taste
Garlic powder - 1 Tsp or substitute with real garlic accordingly
Paprika - 1 Tbsp
Chili powder - 1 Tbsp
Other herbs ... add what you like.
For "hotness" Red crushed pepper flaked 1/2 Tbsp or what you like
Mayo - 1/3 to 1/2 cup
Casings - from store , wash before stuffing - they are over salted.
