Hi friends,
Welcome back to another video! Today's video is going to be about the recent Vanderpump Rules situation. I will break down that whole situation and then talk about how it applies to so many of our lives. We so often date and are friends with people that really don't like us. Why is that and how can we avoid it in our future relationships? Let's talk about that.

Yess, I've also been friends with people who didn't like me. It was very hard to cut them off, especially when they were long-term friends from childhood. But cut cut had to go, sorry, can love them from afar. There's 8 billion people in this world, let's make room for people who inspire us. Also your hair looks amazing, 20/10!

Getting into relationships with ppl that don't want them---I think that happens because they reflect a part of that person's "shadow self." ... this could explain why some people end up dating/marrying narcissists/toxic people. Some kind of limiting/negative belief has been impressed onto the subconscious (usually in childhood--the most vital years for subconscious impressions) from their environment that makes them believe they're not good enough/unlovable/must people please for love/etc. so without realizing it, they're a magnet for toxic/emotionally unavailable people and they're constantly trying to "prove themselves worthy" to the person that doesn't want them. And this happens to people from all races/backgrounds.

Such a powerful message! Very, very well said, and dissected as well. I really feel that in my bones I have been on my self love journey for some time now, exiting very close friendships which became toxic over time was my first major strike. And now at almost 28 I can say, I know how I feel when I’m happy and more importantly at ease. The at ease is as important as the happiness. I was able to surround myself with a loving community who I cherish deeply. The best part about it though, I had the chance to spend a year abroad and get education and of course was thrown into an additional new social circle, and I realised that I am still vulnerable to being friends/ lovers with people that don’t actually like me, when taken out of my comfort zone BUT with the help of my community at home and the people here I trust I was able to recognise that much faster and cut those ties. Oh and a another thing: I love the part of the video about the script we are all fed, it is so Damm freeing to be able to write your own story and decide what you like, want and need. E.g. type of friendships, how you receive love, how you are with a partner (monogamy, gender diversity and sexual orientation etc.) and the more you can customise after you get to know yourself better the better ❤ do regular checkins with yourself and your loved ones. The messages in our head we got fed by society are deeply rooted but so damn worthwhile to recognise and if needed overcome. Thanks for the video, so powerful!

This is off subject beautiful, I think your skin has a silver/white undertone to it and I think you would look really good in lighter colors (sliver,whites,pastel/ cool colors) it makes your skin glow.

Story of my mom with friends I can tell it's hard to cut them off for her because she's a really kind person she can get over everything they do to her easily 😭😭 wish I can do it for her,I even advised her not respond,give them a cold shoulder and not to share anything about herself to them but she says I've already move past it I forget and the next thing the conversation just flows😭🤣🤣🤣🤣

From what I’ve gathered, in response to the Raquel/Rachel thing is that many people have said she changed it for TV in a similar fashion to other cast members/former cast members. While she claims that this has been a nickname since she was young to differentiate her from classmates with the same name. However this claim from her seems to fall flat with most viewers

This is A VERY UNPOPULAR opinion, but for some reason I feel like 80% of this scandal was premeditated. and let me tell you why. after binging season 10 while simultaneously watching the entire series(because I was never into it before) and listening to Sandoval's interview and i believe *allegedly* that Ariana knew about the affair but I don't believe she knew to what extent. I think she believed it was a one night stand like they said and that they was broken up. i think that they had plans on revealing it at the reunion but once the other cast started to see Raquel and tom together they grew suspicious and they needed to create a plan on how they was going to reveal it before the reunion, in the interview with Howie Mendel Tom states that they never showed PDA unless it was for the show. and I looked for pictures of them prior to this event and you don't really see any. and I feel like they had a plan and once the truth came out and her PR team seen that they could profit out of it and she went left instead of right. now this is my unpopular opinion I could be wrong but I could also be right. lol 🤷

I love the story telling style 😂 and the singing but what a mess this people creating. I would just leave I know it is hard but people leave before it affect ur mental health and u might gain new insecurities. Sometimes when u partner have an affair with ur friend it is hard to know how r tell because u see them as getting along or friendly and the technique of gaslighting is crazy but I appreciate this even ur partner can hate ur guts 🫠🫠
