There were 2 horror vloggers that went to the same abandoned I think factory the same night didn’t and didn’t realise but they were on complete opposite ends and in they both heard screams and crys and thought it was a ghost obviously but it later turned out it was a woman that I know got killed but I’m pretty sure it was killed and raped

8:45 I can actually answer this! Ghost hunters always get asked if ghosts are only active at night. They're a 24 hour, 7 days a week phenomenon -- it's just that in the daytime, there's so much noise in our lives that it's hard to pick out what's paranormal and what isn't. And we're all so busy that we probably wouldn't notice it anyway. I mean, who's to say that a disembodied voice isn't just a neighbor talking on the phone? You know, that kind of thing.
I had an interesting conversation with my father about this on the way home from a road trip, we came up with some interesting ideas as to why activity happens more at night. We summed up to the possibility of our own paranoia/anxiety being the culprit, think about it this way: Our brain creates a lot of energy when thinking, or 'activity' if you will. With those sparks, we thought that perhaps that was enough to make a heightened experience with ghosts, hence the wonder to sceptics if they truly exist or not. Ghost hunters have even used devices to magnify the electric charge in a room to increase the activity, with terrifying results. (At least in the clips they are shown in.) Even areas with a natural charge can create these events, I believe some hunters have visited these spots throughout the world to see themselves. It may not actually be a thing, but it's a pretty neat theory when you think about it

If you think there's gonna be ghosts, then your mind will try and fill in the gaps to where it's more evident that something could be a ghost. For example, a random noise in the middle of the night could literally be anything, but if you believe in paranormal things, your mind will instantly go to that, because it's honestly not a bad explanation.

When I was a little kid, I used to watch my brother play scary video games to desensitize me enough to one day brave them on my own. I'm glad this generation has someone like Charlie to desensitize them from these absolutely terrorizing videos so we can all be braver and stronger together.

All of them are fake but that one was CLEARLY just a dude with a flashlight yet they were acting like they just ran across Bigfoot or something. The scariest thing to have happened to me is my Woody doll from Toy Story sometimes randomly saying something from across my room. I don't even pull the string. It's creepy when out of nowhere you hear "This town ain't big enough for the two of us". That and some of the dreams I have predicting stuff happening is rather spooky.
The whole "ghosts are only active at night" thing has always been one of my biggest issues with paranormal investigator shows. At the beginning of the episode they go around talking to everyone who has experienced something, and all of them say it was during the day, during normal operating hours. So why then, would you choose to do your investigation in the middle of the night, instead of the same time frame as all the reports happened
I don't remember who, but I once watched a video of paranormal investigators who explained that the daylight can affect certain types of evidence, most notably photos, and that's why they prefer investigating at night. Also, depending on where the property is, there may be some traffic outside during the day, or just more unrelated noises than at night.

When people go to abandoned buildings, I wish people would remember that a place may not be person-free. Meaning there could be squatters there, or people who could be dangerous. When you hear a noise it probably isn't a ghost but someone else just moving around. Please be safe

I wanna go ghost hunting with a few friends and I wanna try and make a ghost angry. I wanna insult their momma and daddy. I wanna taunt them and mock them for being dead and that nobody remembers them or misses them. If the ghosts slams a door closed I wanna kick the door open and taunt it that "I'm right here, I'm in your space. What you gonna do about it." If I see a shadow figure moving down a hallway I wanna run after it and chase it down and do whatever I can to make it angry.

7:10 it’s usually because the lodge members only sometimes make a leased deal and by the time their lease is up they either renew it, or in most recent cases the lodge relocates or consolidates with another lodge due to lack of attendance and funds. Most lodges are very beautiful and it makes me sad to see. The lodge I’m a part of had to shut down two separate lodge facilities because new owner of the building were difficult to deal with; one was a manager of the building and the mayor of the city and ended up going to jail recently for a 200k embezzlement scam.

Having done a shit ton of urban exploration... whenever a door shuts or you hear a creak 100% of the time if you think you hear someone, it's not a ghost it's someone. Either a squatter or someone else thinking you're a ghost.
Thats the thing right.. Entering an abandoned building it's easy to forget that there may be actual people in there just trying to have a place to stay and you snooping around may be really scary for them.
Whenever these videos come out where they’re creeped out at something by the side of the road, I always flip the perspective. Imagine how creepy it would be to be on a walk and have a van stop and wait for you XD
I always love how the 'evidence' for a lot of these clips are stuff that is comedically easy to fake. I mean, heaven forbid a door that is designed to move moves, right?
when i worked at UHaul it was common knowledge that the stores and inside storage areas were usually some level of haunted. i worked at two stores and heard some weird stuff at those stores. so some of those stores like mcdonalds sure could be haunted, nobody goes to investigate it like these brave souls

It has nothing to so with the time of day. It has more to do with your mental state. At night, alone, in a room. Your sense heighten and you can hear much better.
the comment about homeowners letting their property turn to shit. I can relate in some way on a minor scale. Lost my original childhood home after my mom was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and my parents got divorced shortly after. What they built together just crumbled apart once there was no more them. So i can imagine how on a bigger scale, death ,disease and heartbreak can tear apart not just emotions but literal investments.

But remember he wasn't suppose to be there. The only scary part about that realistically is if you don't know the flashlight person, being out in the middle of nowhere you never know if the other party is dangerous lol.
8:50 So my guess why ghosts are always supposed to appear at night is a). dark is scary and b). sounds at around 19 Hz apparently cause fear and are common in old houses which during the day is not a big deal as other noises cover them up but at night everyone is sleeping and there is no activity to block it.
