I included this in one of my ephemera compilations (namely, this one: archive.org/details/dscvry-ktbcsccsfcomm) and in my latest trailer video, and I realized this on its own would be of great interest to some people. It is a high wind warning for Seattle WA during a repeat of the MST3k episode Soultaker on Sci Fi, unfortunately I couldn't narrow down the exact date but it is from November 2002. Even more unfortunately, the sound got cut off during the first part of the warning so some riffs were lost 😣. Luckily this episode is not hard to find.
