Demonstrating that scorch shot bounce flares only add a normal amount of afterburn time and not a flat 10 seconds to already burning players.
Method:
Apply max afterburn duration to heavy (19-20 dings after stop firing)
Wait until ~3 dings worth of afterburn left on heavy, set timescale to 1/3 speed and shoot med
Bounce flare ignites heavy with less than 2 seconds of afterburn left and medic with more than 3 seconds left (probably around 6 seconds).
Heavy finishes burning before medic (~15 dings vs 20).
