Nah, they’re not blades. You can tell by how the wheels are set when one of them is briefly visible before the crash: Blades are arranged in a single row(a “blade,” if you will) while skates like those have wheels at four points.

That's sounds like emotional manipulation on your end. You said it yourself. You don't want to do their activities. So why should they be responsible for your emotional well being when you've made it clear that you don't want to do anything? Yet they're the one's who don't care because you've made it clear you're not going to do anything with them?
No. You can very clearly see Kelso was wearing skates, with the four wheels at four different points on the shoe. Rollerblades have, just as the name implies, all four wheels in a single "blade" across the middle of the shoe. Kelso wasn't wearing blades.

I watched this scene before many times, but never noticed until now that they put real roller skates on Kelso. Look at the shoes and look at him going past the first time. They don't match.

Irony in season 1 Epsiode 10 I think Carla gets angry with JD for not going to a photo shoot or something and says the same thing in context to him. That interns become friends with her and then leave once there qualified. And yet here it's similar with the janitor
