@@Draukagrissah people are born as girls or boys, or have a genetic birth defect which makes it a little more confusing to talk about that. everything else is sickness in the brain from not keeping a healthy diet and lifestyle. @@anthonygarcia5375 no, but firstly, the Hippocratic Oath forbids the use of knives, so pretty sure most doctors are not using the original anyway. And a lot of doctors don't swear to follow it, since it is ridiculously restrictive and outdated. The general gold standard of ethics, trying your best, and the simplified "do no harm" (or least harm) are pretty hazily defined and not objective. To the point that an ex doctor could easily decide that, well, they lost their licence. So they should be very careful about rendering aid and risking hurting someone further out of arrogance. Or that their moral obligation is to find someone able to better help rather then leaping across the ward and hooking up the adrenaline IV.
