Sea Moss has recently seen a rise in popularity, mainly due to its touted benefit of boosting the immune system amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Sebi to me was somebody who really talked a lot about the benefits of sea moss. I decided to take a closer look.

I used seamoss to cure my warts. I have been struggling with wart on my head for year and I have burnt my scalp with wart magic which was a painful experience for years. Yes, it works. I suffer severely from seasonal allergies. Last year, I consumed Seamoss and Burdock Root in smoothies daily. The anti inflammatory effects were AMAZING. I didn’t have to take any allergy medicine. I don’t have any other health problems but I do believe that it boosts your immunity! I’ve been exposed to a lot working in a hospital and doctor’s office, including Covid-19, and haven’t been knocked down yet. It’s definitely worth the hype.

Sea moss has changed my life for the better, I use to suffer from really bad menstrual cycles (cramps), but not anymore since taking Sea moss. I also have way more energy. I recommend women try this if they have painful menstruals.

Use the sea moss gel for all the products you just said. Use it in your hair, on your face , in your coffee, smoothies, mix with yougurt , applesauce, in baked goods ! Consume or refrigerate after . There are so many uses !!

Anything in excess can be dangerous and even fatal….you can accidentally die from drinking too much water, the same water we humans cannot survive without. Same goes for all foods, herbs, medicines, ect, ect. But seamoss contains extraordinary high amounts of iodine & having excess in your body can cause coma and death. It’s called “herbal medicine” for a reason & that’s to use herbs just as carefully and cautiously as you would anyother medicine on the market. Just b/c it’s not regulated with pre measured doses….does NOT mean that it’s not harmful/toxic in excess! We need iodine in our diets, it’s why it was added to table salt.

Just tried Irish SeaMoss 10 min ago with spring water and lime. My tounge burns. Not sure why. I boiled it cause it wasn't thickening up like some videos I watched. A friend said warm it and I did, and it thickened. I didn't boil it. It was not bad tasting, actually a bit refreshing. But, almost like aloe water just a bit thicker. Smells like the ocean, tastes like seaweed a bit, but not over powering. Tounge still burning, not sure why, but, it too shall pass. No stomach upset.

Hey! I just read your comment and I’m glad I came across it. So I didn’t experience the burning but I will say, after watching numerous videos of how to make it, not one said to use hot water. I kept blending over and over but it was just chopping in little pieces. It wasn’t until after I put HOT HOT water on it to soak for a couple minutes; that it became a paste/ Gel texture after blending.

I wash it twice, then put in spring water and a squeezed lime juice, I let it soak for 6 hrs and move it around a couple of times. It grows and changes color most times. I then throw out the water and put in blender with spring water and I add another squeezed lime into it. I blend until smooth. If too thick I add water until it is a smooth gel.

Im trying it now and waiting for results. I’ve been told it can help to restore lost senses. I lost my sense of taste and smell in March 2020 and they’re still not back to their full capacity. I’m hoping it works

Black seed oil is good but it does lower your blood pressure so if your blood pressure is already low it would drop it to low so I recommend a blood pressure monitor while you're taking it

I have tried seaweed recently.. I purchased it in the US from someone who had ties to locals in the Caribbean.. I normally wake up in the morning with a lot of mucus and flem either post nazel or just in my head.. One night I had a seaweed smoothie before I went to bed. In the morning when I woke up I noticed that I had no mucus whatsoever.. My journey is still in progress but I couldn't help but notice how much better I felt when I woke up in the morning

I’ve noticed many results from the sea moss like when I start back working out the excruciating pain isn’t there as bad. So muscle restoration is amazing. The energy level is incredible it’s also helped with my inflammation and pain from just plain getting old. Aka joint pain

I've been taking sea moss for about 6 days now. The inflammation and pain I had in my left k ee has subsided and my lower back pain has also subsided. It also does curb your appetite. I have had a nagging headache though that I can't seem to shake. I will continue to use the sea moss until this batch is gone and see how I feel. I will also check with my dr to have some bloodwork drawn after I'm done to make sure my levels are good before purchasing more.

Gambling Gadgets, That is excellent advice also about the blood work. I put two tablespoons in my coffee and there is no taste. I am concerned about the high levels of iodine in the sea moss. I have been taking it for 2 weeks and immediately I felt increased energy, a suppressed appetite, better bowel movements but not diarrhea. Lastly, higher awareness. I love what I feel but I too want to move cautiously.

I started consuming sea moss gel around April of this year. Prior to that I've experienced inflammation and mild pain around me knees, especially after exercise. Since consuming it I have not experienced any inflammation or pain around my knees. However, I have not had any sea moss in about 3-4 weeks, I've since then started back my exercise regimen and I do notice the difference.

Just started taking Irish Sea moss and I bought it dried and soaked it in water over night & to remove sand and boiled it down and blended it . I have bad inflammation in my left knee I take a tablespoon before my yogurt my knee is getting better the pain is slowly disappearing

If your sea moss has sand in it then it isnt real made in a lab real sea moss is thin with no sand or salt crystals on it and it doesnt swell or get larger by size in water when u soak should be thin and not swell as much. Just for your knowledge lots of love ❤️

I take one or two spoons of sea moss gel on my smoothies.3 or 4 times a week . It’s hard to say if sea moss helped me Bc I’ve always been healthy . I fast a lot ( from 12 to 16 hrs daily and break it with smoothies or a vegan meal .Only thing I can say it’s that it didn’t cause me any harm . That’s for sure . Thanks for the video !
