@@westbrook_apologist7422 Afro music refers to music of African origin, whereas Samba originates from Brazil, and while it does have African roots, it is also a mixture of other cultures, meaning it is not purely African. It's like saying Jazz is African because it was made by an African-American. Jazz is not purely African because it was also influenced by European culture. That being said, I will say Afro Brazilian samba is a redundant thing to say because samba is already a mixture of African and Brazilian culture.
SF3 3rd has some of the most badass music that was ahead of its time.. too bad people are still stuck in the past listening to SF2 music.. it's great but so is this.. this has class..
I agree. beats and melodies that were ahead of thier time. This is such a classy mix of jazz and hip hop. And that use of the spanish style guitar in this track was sikk.
@@valentinom.4292 From what I know, Blanka was a kid with his father inside a plane (don't know if they were Brazilian or not), they were flying above the Amazon when the plane got shot down by Shadaloo. Blanka was the only one who survived the crash and lost his memories. Also he was infected with a virus which transformed him into that green-like beast being, that's why he looks like a hybrid.
Story for Sean SF6 Since the events of SF3, Sean Matsuda underwent a lot of changes. Sean began to take fighting more seriously and matured as a human being. Sean would get an opportunity to meet Gouken before his passing, in which the aging man would be willing to train him. During his training, Sean would learn many variants of his Dragon Smash and Tornado Kick, also perfecting shooting Hadokens easily. After his training and Gouken’s funeral, Sean would return to Brazil and win different tournaments, impressing his sister Laura. One day, an announcement would come on TV, talking about the SF6 tournament about to take place. Wanting to honor Gouken, Sean enters the tournament to hopefully defeat Ken and Ryu. Outfit: Yellow gi with hoodie attached. Sneakers for his feet. Red Gloves. Hairstyle could be Allen Iverson long cornrows. Give him a goatee, with some sideburns. Earrings could be hoops or studs.
Sean and Laura are the only "real" Brazillians in the Street Fighter Series... Oro is Japanese but travelled to Brazil and Blanka is presumably American but he was in a plane crash when he was a child so he just stays there for some reason (even though he found his mother in Street Fighter II)
The new arrangement substantially improves this in one very important way: It ties it back to the opening of Sao Paulo, which Longshoreman takes a lot of style inspiration from. This is the best use of the new Round 3 arrangements in the soundtrack, maybe along with Killing Moon getting to go full Amen Break.
@@Gazzoosethe1 He try to say many brazilians are blacks, because some people don't considering "black brazilians" as "blacks". I dont understand why...
I originally ripped them from my copy of Street Fighter Anniversary Collection, but the ones I posted here are from a member of the GH forums. If you register there you can get soundtracks that were ripped by other members, including the Hyper Street Fighter Anniversary soundtrack.
If both Sean and Oro came back in a future SF title, who would get this theme as their own? I actually liked Sean's and Oro's 2nd impact themes more, since they were custom to each character.
Ohhh this theme reminds santos in brazil.. I used to jump in people heads shouting HEYA HEYA lift big rocks with my telekinesis grab someone with only one hand and lift a random tourist to space then fall with my head on their face
@masamuneseraph lol i did not know that. thanks for putting me on to that fact! i respect this song even more now. Man, Capcom needs to get the person who did this soundtrack back working on their games.
i imagine my self waking up in the morning out to outside on the a mission some where in the mountains searching for something important while the sun comes up in the morning XD
+This name is boring I sorta base it on the relationships with other characters which they have. Since Terry vs Ken, Rock vs Sean. Master vs Master, Disciple vs Disciple. Tho it does make a lot more sense for it to be Sean vs Lucky (we even see them playing basketball together in Card Fighter DS).
