AS IT WAS WRITTEN IN THE BOOKS!!! I am honestly left speechless, this is tooo much! #bridgertonseason3 #penelopefeatherington #bridgerton #colinandpenelope #polin #reaction #netflix #review #reaction
This is why Penelope didn’t tell Eloise she was Lady Whistledown. She is so sloppy and cannot keep a secret for very long. The only reason she was able to keep Pen’s identity a secret was because no one really asked her who LW is in the off season.
That first little kiss and when he looks at her after then he swoops back in. Luke was very good at showing that Colin felt the spark the moment he brush Penelope’s lips with his. you could literally see his “oh shit what in the world is this spark” look. He then swoops back in for a longer kiss because he just can’t help himself. The fact that when she breaks off from the kiss to say thank you, he is still hovering over her as though waiting to go In for another kiss and she completely does not notice it cause she was probably too embarrassed to notice his intention. But when she walks away she literally left him on fire wanting more. you could clearly see that he was taken aback at how much he wanted her. Very well acted their chemistry is on fire.
That kiss is my favourite scene in this season. It’s beautiful. Plus, I love that after the kiss, but before she pulls away, his eyes are open and looking at her, yet she can’t look at him, so she doesn’t see it. Really well done.
I loved how Cressida called Eloise out on her need to gossip or whatever she was doing in that scene with Eloise was extremely good because Eloise needed to hear that and What's wrong with Penelope needing a little extra help with certain areas and like how to flirt? but Eloise needs to be more careful about when she opens her mouth and to whom she opens her mouth to because you never know who could be listening and who could use it against the person and the way that Colin just tore into Eloise for spilling the fact that he was helping Penelope with learning how to flirt and other things was really sweet which shows me he'd be a protective husband toward Penelope
I loved that is was closer to the book. Anyone who hasnt read book (or listened to the audiobook) are missing out. Omg, I am dying....it was soooo good
idk if you noticed because it was so quiet (i didnt know until i looked it up) but when Pen is talking to Lord Remington (the one who loves gossip) and Colin was looking at them, an orchestra version of Jealous by Nick Jonas was playing in the background
He just didn’t do that they used that so the viewers see he’s change of feeling but in the book it was when he analyzed his feeling for Penelope there where other ways they could have done that honestly that was so out of character
@@kerenreacts I feel like they used something completely different to further drive home the “ladies man” persona. But that’s just not who Colin is. He’s the sweet lovable teddy bear who would dance mid-day in public with Pen just because.
The story line doesn't make sense to me be they do not have titles nor rank... only their son does. To add insult to injury, they are (gasp) "trades people," "cits,"or "merchants," a class of people shunned by the aristocracy/ton. I know this is not a historically accurate show, but that is a bit much, especially on top of them having the Mondrich's son and Portia's 1st grandson being bequeathed their titles instead of following the rules of primogeniture.
