Gentle Chair YOGA Routine 🧘♀️ 🪑. Find serenity and peace 🌿🌄
I present a new YOGA routine, this time performed in a chair. Some of you would like to try Yoga but, at the moment or due to physical limitations, cannot stand for extended periods or sit/lie on the floor.
Here is a gentle and short Yoga sequence where we'll be seated from start to finish.
The exercises are simple and progressive, and if any pose becomes challenging for you, I'll assist in adapting it with my instructions.
It's important to find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted for the next 30 minutes so that you can truly enjoy the benefits of this routine.
