Yeah, she says it like it's strange. What's funny is next season Amy mentions the food choice while crying about what Ben does and complains about how she prefers chicken wings and he should've remembered that.
This basically just a huge love hexagon: Amy dates Ben, Ben dates Adrian, Adrian dates Ricky who is Amy’s baby daddy and who Amy also dates, Ricky dates Grace, Grace kinda dates Ben and Jack, Jack kinda dates Adrian and I think that’s all
Kameron Pritchard there more to it Ashely kisses Ricky some of the characters on the show did get together I think Ricky and Amy made it but yes sadly most of these characters were using each other like friends with benefits there to young to be serious it does happen Ben and Amy were together for a while until Ben got insecure because Ricky kept coming around i know first for there son and wanted Amy.
In the last few seasons, Ben was an annoying/ creepy stalker of amy. Ricky was a nice guy that Amy should’ve stayed with. They were all (except Ricky) stupid throughout the entire show. Amy’s hair in the first and second seasons made me cry myself to sleep every night. Who agrees?
It says after that they broke up John and Ricky moved to New York with Amy although Ben and her hooked up a couple times after amy and Ricky got married it says it all if u look it up
You are right. Ricky was the only level headed guy in the show. I mainly watched the show for Ricky and Amy to get together from the beginning. Ben was frustrating and if he had not been so obsessive Ricky would have had a chance with Amy long back.
The fans are not exactly Doctors you know. I mean most think becuz she had a baby with a guy who was pretty they were meant to be despite how horrible ofva person he is. They also have justified every bad thing he did and how he treated people becuz he was molested.
Ben should’ve never involved himself with Amy the second he found out she was pregnant, idc if that would make him seem like a jerk, he was too young to be in all of the drama when he had nothing to do with it.
i watched this series like 6 years ago and all i can really remember about it is amy ALWAYS saying “but i’m 15 and pregnant!!!! 😖” as her excuse for literally anything
@@margaritachin4827 That's what I meant he used his abuse as an excuse. His fangirls believe it's not. A person who goes through that trauma would never reveal it so easily as Ricky. Even when others found out if he was a good person would have had compassion for others. Ricky had little to no compassion at all. Honestly I think he enjoyed the misery he caused others. Particularly Ben/Adrian/Ashley. The only person he had any real respect for was Grace.
@@Andreaes1 I know this is late but the response to trauma is different for everybody. Now, that doesn't excuse his actions or behavior but though it is a hard pill to swallow, there are two types of groups when people response to trauma. They either show compassion or they become the abuser.

Andreaes1 uhh no I don’t mean that, it’s Ricky’s baby too so ofc he wants to be with her, or has to be with her all the time. And Leo is an sweet helping person, he offered it to Ricky to live rent free. Ricky said no but Leo insisted and go to live there for free. That’s the only reason why and the reason that Ricky is so involved in bens families lives is that he works and lives at the butcher shop. Also, later in the show Leo said that Ricky is almost like his second son. Ben wasn’t too involved in Rickys parents Bc first of all that’s his adoptive parents, secondly he doesn’t work for rickys parents so Ben has no business going over to rickys parents house. Did you even watch the show? Lol 😂 he offered to pay for amy and Ricky and honestly anyone would’ve taken the money. Plus Leo also gave Adrian a free apartment too, so what about that?
The main part that really made me mad was how she was so selfish with John....All Ricky was asking to see him on the weekends but she could never be simple!! They had to go to court because of her and then has a small birthday party beween her and John...so childish Yeah sure she "loved John" but she also knew she did not want to be a teenage mother...
yeah she was annoying. If you are a teen mom and the dad to your child was a good dad which ricky seems to be, you would absolutely want the dad to have your child aswell. And i know they were 15 when they got pregnant but they are so clueless on some parts and the parents are really annoying aswell. hell everyone is annoying in that show. Adrienne was the least annoying to me.
Yes I was like girl be glad he changed his mind. Actually want to be apart of john’s life especially with her always complaining about how she never gets to have any fun with her friends or go out to parties and be a teenager. She made me so mad. Rewatch the show again, especially now that you are no longer a teenaged girl. He is the worst of the all of the guys in how he treated females. Even Ethan was better.
@@secretagent0280 If you really watch it you will realize that he’s not actually the worst. They were all damaged in some way, and after John was born actually made an effort to work on his issues. Ricky was the only one with a steady character development.

Ben literally made the effort to be his friend I can't name one time Ricky didn't try to intimidate Ben or take advantage of an opportunity to manipulate him for his own gain. Season 1 he said he would have Amy, The Baby, and Leo on his side before Ben could say pork chop & that is exactly what happened. He started flirting with Ashley not the other way. Then acted as if he could stop it whenever he wanted. Ashley can't stop feeling or start feeling as easily. That ruined her relationship with Grant before it even started, then made her withdraw further from the world with homeschooling. He literally tried to use his molestation to trick Lauren into sleeping with him. He tried to trick Grace into bed by pretending to be a Christian. He NEVER APOLOGIZES for ANYTHING. He doesn't even feel guilty. He doesn't care where Ashley is or if she's okay, but he know he is one of the reasons why she left. I don't want to talk about the damage he did to Ben and his relationship with Leo, Amy, or Adrian. Or the damage he did to Adrian mentally, emotionally, or sexually. But fanatics always overlook his evil for his good looks. That is the world we live in now. As long as he looks good on a screen it doesn't matter cuz good looks get likes.

basically Glee had better writing, yes it talked about sex but not ever other word said by ever charter. This show is so different than when i was in HS, I don't remember anybody talking about sex, getting pregnant, getting married,or having babies, if you did you certainly didn't talk about it. I never would of thought about any of these things, i wasn't even allow to date in HS, i had friends but dating never even occured to me. This show a little weird.
Malia Ferry don’t know what school you went to. All people talked about in mine was, sex, weed, tv, and grades. That’s it. That’s all anyone ever talked about. There was a pregnant girl every year. Sometimes more than one. But that’s what California gets for not teaching sex Ed.
@@bookobsessed1587 I went to a public/ charter HS in San Diego, and all i carred about at that time was grades, sports, theater, friends and getting ready for college. All this crap never even occured to me.

Sure, a lot of the times its unplanned and the mother doesn't want her child, and is unprepared. But there are teen moms out there who planned for a baby and who are good moms. I hate how every teen gorl who is pregnant is automattically labeled as irresponsible.
Amy always played the victim and acted like she was better than everyone and entitled to anything she wants she was one of my least fav characters in the first few seasons. But still couldn’t stop watching the show

i never finished the whole show but from what i've seen so far ricky is like the only reasonable and decent character. he may have been introduced as the player but he was way more mature than the others and especially amy and ben who claimed to be the mature ones. amy was really strong for going through all of this but she was so ridiculous and overdramatic most of the time. sometimes she acted like john was only her son and not ricky's and it was so annoying because ricky showed many times that he is such a good father. as for ben i honestly can't believe that he was annoyed that ricky was in amy's house to look after john like?? he is john's FATHER. ben was so ridiculous
@@Andreaes1 he is definitely not 100% mature and he did stupid things as well but compared to others in the show he was better. considering the fact he was so young when he became a father and when he found out that amy was pregnant he wanted to take responsibility and he was the one that wanted to keep the baby,he was pretty mature.

He even tried to use her abortion to convince Grace to sleep with him. Then tried to use his past abuse to sleep with Adrian. He made Ashley move to another country by 2 Oceans at 16. He was mature, but he was still a horrible person.

@@iwvslk For me he was becuz he betrayed his only two real friends Ben/Ashley. To make this worse he deliberately drove a wedge between Ben and his father. Without knowing, trying, or caring , he drove Ashley away from her entire family and country. He didn't feel bad about it. If that is the man he is, then imagine how John will grow to be considering Amy is his mother.

Omg I really like this show but I am really really really really angry with Amy. She and Ricky do belong together I just hate how she takes off and leave all the time when something is wrong and she keeps on telling Ricky that she wants to marry him but then she doesn't like why the hell would she do that. I do believe that they should of ended up together.
She didn’t really have the best example of a healthy relationship, so it is understandable that she was scared and flip flopping on the matter of marriage. You can tell that she really wanted to be married and just loved, but she was trying to hold on to her childhood when she thought she had the “perfect” family. She honestly just needed some time to herself without everyone watching her every move trying to figure out what she was going to do next.
Ok but the fact that the clip where Ricky said “if u sleep with Adrian someone will die” was posted before it was shown that Adrian ends up losing the baby..... WOAH.

Ok but take this show and set it in the 50's. When my grandma was 15, got pregnant, married my grandpa (18years old and in the army), had my dad at 16, moved with him to France after, got pregnant with my aunt, had the baby in France, moved back to North Carolina had 2 more kids, then finally settled in California after my grandpa got out of the army after his tour of duty in Vietnam. Oh yeah then had another kid. All before she turned 21 years old. Fast forward 20 something years my uncle passed at the age of 23 after an on duty accident ( he was a CHP- California highway patrol), causing a huge rift between my grandma and grandpa, shocker they divorced, he remarried and he had 3 more kids, long story short I have an aunt who is 6 years older than me, an uncle who's 2 years older than me, and another aunt who is 7 years younger than me. Not everyone's family is perfect and definitely no teenagers are. I should make a movie about my family. 😂😂
They also explain everything in unnecessary detail when talking to each other. They talk like some awful educational psa and change their minds all the time
