I am not Indian, but I am human and all humans should be proud of India. Space is not just hard, it is _very_ hard. Anyone that succeeds in their aspirations to go there and do the things is to be credited as the best of humanity. Those that share the accomplishment with those that came before them and paved the way so much more so. We stand on the shoulders of giants. All of us. Which does not lessen the accomplishment of climbing there.
If India has really gone to the moon, then why is the Indian flag moving towards the surface when there is no gravity on the moon? According to the law of the moon, the flag of India should be seen rising upwards....

India is an signatory on the Artemis Agreement with NASA so information will certainly be shared. ISRO has always actively involved in space efforts for and with other countries as well.

The Artemis Accords signify collaboration and space partnership which can also involve sharing knowledge regarding moon resources overall. It isn't specific to any one mission per say. Imagine actually looking at 1:50 and thinking, "Wow! Yes! This is actually real and not CGI!" It is a sad day when I see so many people fooled by CGI, artificial telemetry data, and people cheering and crying in a control room. The people in the control room aren't in on it being faked. In fact, they're the first ones to be tricked. They are all controlling a simulation, which shows data on a huge screen at the front. Think, did you actually see the craft land? Was there livestreamed video? Or was it just graphics and numbers on a screen? How do you know it's real? How could you, as an average person, ever prove that it truly happened? Can you fly there and look? Can you build a drone and send it there for independent verification? You are completely at the mercy of those that inform you that it actually happened. They TELL you, you ASSUME they aren't lying, and therefore, it is true. Has a government ever lied to its people? Has a government ever lied about something big? Have they ever lied to make people feel better? How can you know they're telling the truth about this? Do you think there would be any incentive in a faked moon landing? Do you think it would make people more proud and nationalistic? Would it reflect positively on the government to accomplish such an incredible feat? Would it make people more likely or less likely to have a positive attitude toward their government? Remember people, the next time someone says to you, "The government wouldn't do that!" Oh yes they would.

I highly doubt anyone would feel comfortable going to the moon in a ship that was designed and made in India. As it is, Aldi's pickles are from India and I don't buy them.

Wdym second try, Chandrayaan 1 was a success though it was a hard landing. It managed to discover water on Moon. Even Chandrayaan 2 was not a complete failure, it has helped Chandrayaan 3 in a lot of ways for finding its success. You can Google them out. @@paritoshsumrao

I am so glad to hear this professor saying that this is not a race . He is so right. As Indians we do not feel we are in race with any country. There is definetely national pride but that's good as it will drive millions of Indian kids into science which is really welcome. As humans we all should work for humanity not least in space.
