It seems I’m stuck in the past and the future. Brutal.

what a great title haha, so true. Everything starts here, to get to self love however you can, for me breathwork is awesome and connecting to my heart, feeling, writing thoughts and changing them...self talk...

Disagree with being “stuck” with family members. I kicked my abusive family of origin to the curb 8 years ago, and my life has been a lot better.

It depends the situation. Some people are annoying, most are in some way flawed but yes, there are those few who are harmful or dangerous and are best left behind.

That's right. There is not such thing as "the worst", or "the best" people. There's just us all.

Was wondering why I haven't been able to feel joy or even laugh lately, stress from work...this video though, nailed it...I have been self loathing, she hit on everyone of these things I have been doing/feeling. Thank you!

Overachievement never mattered. It was never sufficient. All anyone had to do was say it didn’t happen. I’m tired and I just want to be left alone

Tough audience. Good speaker but she pretty close to died a death out there.

They were a group of people who are hard on themselves, who are perfectionists. They don't smile much or relax easily. Many have had difficult lives and have suffered depression.

I can’t take a person seriously with so much profanity in the dialogue. And you are on the arrogant side .
