All she wanted was what she wanted. Not that big a deal. The consultant kept complaining there wouldn't be enough gold in the world well I didn't see any gold on the dresses you showed her at first. Give the bride what she wants and she won't complain. That is your job.

As a fellow bride who has been struggling finding the perfect dress for me, i feel so sad that the staff, specifically the lady, is so mean to her.. it's not okay that they make her uncomfortable about saying no to a dress so much that she feels the need to apologies for not liking the dressses. That is just not the right way to help a bride and make it a good experience. Besides she did'nt even bring dresses that matched the brides description and then she gets frustrated about the bride not liking it.. I'm glad that the bride ended up with a dress she loved ♥️

Not at all a bridezilla , she knew what looked good on her , what made her look bad and she knew when to stop and go for custom. I feel like the staff was lazy and arrogant to not show her gold first of all and comment such remarks.

holy moly she actually got a fully custom dress in SEVEN WEEKS?! and these american shops are like "if you want to order this off-the-rack dress in your size it's gonna take 6 months to come in." i am all for her choices though, if i hadn't gone with black for my october wedding i would've definitely gotten a gold dress. sometimes i still think i should've gone for the gold instead...

"there's always something not quite right with the dress", "i dont think there's going to be enough gold in this world for this queen" that's because her first condition was that the dress be gold, and none of the dresses had noticeable gold. i don't know how much clearer the bride and her party can be, after they clearly stated they wanted gold so many times. i felt bad when the bride apologised; it's not her fault that she was clear with what she wanted and yet the consultants refused to listen

I thought the gold would never work but that custom dress is actually perfect for her, it's surprisingly tasteful and well-designed.

She was sweet, not a bridezilla at all! And her custom gown was gorgeous, it looked phenomenal on her! What incredible shape it had, and the gold was just enough, not over the top at all. It was nice to see someone who knew what she wanted and able to articulate it to get exactly what would look best on her.

Finally a bridal consultant (the guy) admitting he can’t deal with the bride! Kudos!

The assistant is rude and impatient. She is not the customer. The Bride is and she is bringing valuable business and should not be made to feel difficult. I would walk out.

This bride was so smart, what she got custom was the BEST dress hands down!

Honestly, these two consultants areeee sooo rude and entitled. If you compare them to US and UK version, they show lack of enthusiasm and interest even calling her “ crazy” she just know what she wants and she’s paying anyways. Like they don’t want to do their job delightfully and both r irritated while dealing with tbt bride… nahhhhh I’ll go back to US and UK version.

The finished gown looked great and I can see elements of the other dresses she tried on. Oscar should reproduce that same gown and call it the 'Rhianna' design.

I hate all of the dresses, but hate her custom-made dress the least. I realize that my dislike is cultural; judging the dresses by what’s popular in the west. They probably hate our dresses too. I think the bride has a cute personality; only a “bridezilla” in that she didn’t want to settle for less than her vision. There was no nastiness in her on-screen interactions aside from one kidding comment to her friend. Fun episode.

The consultant was really getting on my nerves.She needs to be trained in customer service,her job is to please the customer but she wanted to force some ugly dresses on the young lady. I'm glad she finally got her wish.I know for sure that I would have left that store without a dress,I don't tolerate lousy customer service,facial expressions and the tone in which they speak to me along with them trying to get me to purchase what I don't want drives me up the wall.
