In this review, I'm going to take a look at another collaboration beer, this time between the Finback Brewery (@finbackbrewery9929) and Beak Brewery, and it's their SELFSAME. This is an New Zealand IPA that is brewed and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Kohatu and Waimea hops. This sounds like a fun collaboration between one of my favorite NY state breweries in Finback, and a brewery who I've heard good things about from the UK in Beak. How is it? Let's find out!
