Seraph of the End- Chapter 120- Reflection 

We actually do see Mika kill the guards, not just an explosion, but Mika running amongst them and we see the movement of his hand and the guards are falling and there are little black lines that are supposed to be blood I guess (but it’s hard to see them bc there are bigger black lines to show movement). But this panel is so small and it’s hard to understand what’s going on since half of the panel are speech bubbles that cover things up….

•As much as I would like to witness Guren's death, I don't think we will get it, at least not now. Same with the squad, I don't think anyone died from that explosion (which I hope since I don't want them to die). About Shinoa: •I'm one of those people who think that her behavior in this chapter is actually quite in character, for exactly those reasons you've mentioned. Also Shikama kinda foreshadowed this in 67 where he said: "You will want to make him yours and yours only. It will give you meaning and purpose in your life" •I was still surprised ngl bc I would've never expected for Kagami to really go that route with her character but I do hope he sticks with it. •To me it wouldn't make sense for her wanting to kill Mika in order to "protect" Yuu from him bc not only trusted she Mika, even after she heard that he was Shikama's child, she also heard how Mika himself told Yuu to choose humanity and NOT him, in 114. Also just like you've already pointed out, she does not mention anything about "saving" him. To me it really does look like obsessiveness and selfishness, it also just makes more sense to me. •It was kinda funny for me to see how the majority of the fandom got extremely angry at her, meanwhile me (someone who's not the biggest fan of her) quite enjoyed her behavior. Like don't get me wrong, her saying she would kill Mika pissed me off to no end too but it would be interesting plot/story wise to see her actually trying it + ngl the bigger reason why I liked it is that my Mikayuu shipping heart would love to see our dear boy Yuu protecting his princess Mika from Shinoa. Delicious food 😏 •If the end of the story is that Yuu has to move on and give up on his obsession with Mika, starting a new life and doing that with Shinoa, I would call that the BIGGEST BS ever. Like why should Yuu give up Mika and learn to live without him but she who's just as obsessed with Yuu like Yuu is with Mika can get what she wants?! Why does he has to give up but she not? While Mika and Yuu love each other equally and can't live without the other equally, it's one sided for her.

Thanks for the video~ I don't really have many things to mention that I didn't already mention in the reaction video. But i've seen a bunch of people complaining about ''yuu trying to kill everyone" especially those kids, which I think isn't a fair takeaway from the chapter. Sure, Yuu were saying he was gonna kill the kids, but he never actually had the intention to harm them, after all, from the very start it was all suppose to be a distraction to lure Guren & the squad away from the food storage in town and buy as much time as possible for Mika to get the food, and they had to make it as believable as possible in order to fool everyone. But he most likely never had the intention of actually hurting the kids, he even went out of his way trying to teach them a valuable lession about the cruelty of their current world. Yuu did however muse about the fact that he probably could have hurt Guren if he attacked through the kid, he had no intention to do so this time as this was only a distraction, but he'll probably not hesitate to do just that in the future if he's actually pushed into a corner again, because now he has officially broken his connection with the squad. Also, that final attack. Rather than trying to hurt anyone I think it's just a casual warning shot from Yuu to make a point that he will no longer hesitate to kill them if they choose to go after him again, and maybe he was aiming for their vehicles to prevent them from immediatly chase after them.

Guren is such a parasite it makes too much sense for him to be immortal but my God is that a headache and a half

It was so fun to watch! I'll have the immortal Guren jar please lol I loved the part about Shinoa. I really hope Kagami gets her a proper evil arc where she's a hundred times more badass that her sister.

I still think think that Guren’s “Hell no! You can’t” is more about him not being able to admit to himself that he actually LOST power over Yuu. And I’m not talking about physical power. I read that as Guren still denying that he doesn’t know Yuu as well as he thinks he does, that he didn’t manipulate him well enough. Maybe I’m wrong and I just really want to deny the “Guren is immortal” theory (for some reason I really don’t like it. Maybe I’m scared this dude is with me forever! 😂), but I think Guren not believing Yuu really is cutting all ties and Yuu LITERALLY cutting them with a lightning is just more beautiful >

The only thing I got from this chapter was : Glutton yuu confirmed 🤭 Also, my theory for immortal gurshit is that he probably can die, but he’ll just come back right after, it’s just what I came up with 🤷‍♀️

Shinoa is what happens when you traumatize a child for years and then suddenly is told "that's in the past, act as true to yourself as possible" without proper therapy. I love that Kagami is actually acknowledging that what Shinoa went through has repercussions, being forced to repress your feelings for years and then letting them loose will never be healthy, no matter how much Power of Friendship/Family you dress it up with. On the death, if there's one, my bet is, sadly, Mitsuba. Poor girl stopped being relevant almost as soon as she was introduced, while Yoichi and Kimizuki at least have dangling plot threads to resolve (remember Lacus? Yeah, me neither). I just know it's not going to be Guren or Shinoa, Krul also has a role to play and the vampires (Ferid, Crowley) have been MIA since Yuu escaped the basement.

My Christmas list for chapter 121 of my Childhood Seraph of the end Vampire Reign Series. I hope Shinoa(my shisuta imouto-san/my true true main waifu), doesn't become the main antagonist. I also hope nothing bad happened to the squad or to Yuichiro,& Mikaela. I want everything to turn out okay, but I know it's revealing dark secrets now.

Maybe they might pull some anti magic bullshit. I mean it’s ok in black clover. Love anti magic in black clover. But I can see something like Mahiru being able to take magic and eat it. I have no proof backing my weird ass theory. Kagami is just the type of guy to throw wrench in his story. I read like 3 volumes of his other book. The legend of legendary hero’s I think it is called. And the dark rabbit with seven lives had a lot of subversions from what I remember. Some times you just can’t really expect. What he is going to write

Your argument is predicated on the idea that shinoa feels rejected and is doing this from a possessive standpoint and that shinoas never seen mika as an obstacle despite the fact so many people have said it hundreds of times when shes looked jealous at yuu and mika Sorry but thats not a very sound argument Its like youre chosing whatever suits your wants best The key word in my argument is shinoa saying Even if i have to Ifk about you but alot of people that looked at the raws agree with me stating it sounds like a last resort thing she doesnt want to but will if it comes down to it, also its a little disturbing everyone wanting the characters to be villains
