Hello gamesky, i do have earbuds, bud when inwatch youtube or netflix it has an latency of like 2 seconds, wich is reallu annoying. How is the latency on this headphone? Thank you for helping.

@@Jordyenbono Does not have that issue on this one bro. Some people said they have but maybe theirs are defectives or early firmware. I got one. It is one of the best in terms of noise floor for bluetooth. No hissing like Bose 700.

Wow, those bass ports are massive! I like the little bits of color contrast on this gray model and also the blue one. It's a nice-looking headphone, and hopefully the thick pads are a sign of things to come with the XM4.

In general, it isare they balanced headphones, with the right highs, mids and lows? if I'm not mistaken by setting the application equalizer to a minimum, minimizing the extra bass function should be fairly balanced in sound. last question: are they resistant?

Buy the 700n they have the biger earpads and i high recommend them to you when u travel a lot and when u wanna wear them longer than just 20 minutes.

I tried the wh-xb700 but didn't like the quality of the bass it sounded horrible. I tried using the app to lower the bass which worked but the mids and highs sounded boring no sparkle. Hopefully these have better bass quality and some sparkle in the mids and highs

Man, I’ve been waiting for you to review these. I have the XM3’s and the 950’s and thought these looked like a mix of the two so you confirmed my impression. I want them but it’s hard to pull the trigger since I have the other two that sort of bookend the 900’s. Ugh. If they go on sale and hit $200 I’m sure I won’t be able to help myself.

What if you don't use a smartphone to listen to music, the app is useless. I don't have a smartphone, hell I don't even have a cell phone period. I listen with one of my two DAPs that do have Bluetooth. ( most of the time, 99%, wired connection is used )You can't download apps to them. Will this compromise the sound then?

Maybe I missed this in the video, so could you clarify the following: 1) When the headphones (drivers) are only powered by the 3.5mm jack cable (i.e. switched off at the cup power button), is sound quality similar compared to when they're switched on with the 3.5mm jack cable still plugged in? Ignoring the obvious change from an absence of ANC when the headphones are switched off. I don't intend to use ANC much if at all (I only consume media in my study-mancave-office, not outdoors). Thanks.

Just got them for $115 at bestbuy, i also preferred the grey over the black ones as i already own the xm4's in black. Will mostly use them for movies on the go once i start traveling again for work pretty soon. Ill probably end up buying a "cheap" hard case for them though as the bag doesn't do anything for them other than dust protection.

Would you say these headphones are as loud as the 700Ns? 700s are 110 DBs. Spec sheet says 900s are 103 via cable, but no DBs via Bluetooth. Thought I'd ask u since you've tested both.

Hey check out the Zolo Liberty upgraded. These were upgraded without any advertising. I got on a lightning deal on Amazon . They sound nice and long battery life. I got these to see if they were better than the Zolo Liberty plus Which I like the sound on those also. I would like to see your thoughts on the upgraded Zolo Liberty.

Great review Gamesky ...you are great at this !...could you kindly make comparison between this and the crusher 360s to enable me make an informed decision of what i really want ..becos you can get the 360s (like new) right now for a lot cheaper than this Sony’s and that headphone from reviews has better build quality and just as good sound and bass as this maybe even better with the slider and has the quick charge feature and a better carrying case so there’s those benefit worth considering

Hello; Thanks for your great review. I even bought these headphones because of that. However, I am unable to pair them to my TV (Panasonic Viera or LG) which has bluetooth for evening watching so I do not disturb my neighbours. It has also refused to connect to my Taotronics TT-BA014 bluetooth sender nor is it pairing to my FitBit Versa 2. It only pairs to my phone and laptop. Can you assist in giving advice on how I can pair it to my TV or any TV and my FitBit, otherwise the headphones would be pretty limiting in usage. Thanks.

I would really love to hear your opinion about the ear cups comfort + heat on these as compared to xm3s, I am confused which one to get, the only issue stopping me from getting xm3s is the ear heating issue, but based on some reviews it seems XB900N solves that problem? and if it does I will definitely get these because I dont travel a lot so I dnt care about noise cancelling. I dont like their earpads, i was on the market today and tried them out and the 1000xm3 and the WH H900n , i was disapointed from all due to their small ear pads. they r Rather ON EAR than OVE EAR. Only half your ear fits inside :S at least when u r 5.9 feet high. I then tried out the WH CH700N, they had the biggest earpads from all Sony there,the quality was really nice! and it was on discount, bought it under 100$. im really happy with it. Build Quality is nice too and it got 35 hours of Battery life. Its a must buy

Honestly i use my Mdr xb950s I've had since high school because my super expensive turtle beaches are so fragile and have broken. Currently i plug it into the Turtle Beach Elite TAC(since headset broke)which gives it surround sound and it sounds amazing, can be plugged into pc or xbox too and i can also pinpoint enemies around me pretty accurately. With or without the TAC it sounds amazing. I strongly recommend it.

Great sound on these, but charging is a nightmare on my pair. Less then eight months old and they won't charge of 50%, and less than twenty minutes of listening thy are down to 20%. In addition to this, they felt loose and flimsy after barely a month's ownership, and I treat my gear carefully. Finally, the buttons feel flimsy and loose, and require holding for a while before they respond. Maybe I got a freak pair, but I would definitely not recommend these headphones.

Noise cancelling is better on the XM3 and the XM4. There is more bass on these but it's a little sloppier that the XM3 and 4. So it depends on if it's worth the extra money to you

Hello everybody. i do have earbuds, bud when i watch youtube or netflix it has an latency of like 2 seconds, wich is really annoying. How is the latency on this headphone? Does anybody knows? Thank you for helping.

XB-900 base is way more than XB-700 and XB-900 has good noise cancellation. XB700 doesn't have noise cancellation. Battery life is better on XB-700 due to a lack of ANC. I own both.

@@srutasomchatterjee3029 I don't know about momentum 4 but I own both XB-700 and XB-900. XB700 I use in the office and XB-900 I use at home.XB-900 base can be overpowering if you adjust it to max from the Sony app. I've been using it for 2 years and the base is still solid. I think you should check the reviews between Sony 910 and 900. I heard the Sony XB-900 has more base.
