1) Bison sss 2) akuma or e Ryu if you have to sss push to sss+5 3) Sagat 4) IF you need a boss killer and don't have akuma or e Ryu sss+5 then can go T Cammy (requires max all things) or Vega (same as T cammy) 4) rose only needs ss but sss 3 cars is optimal (for pve content and pvp) 5) ignore Gen and juri
Definitely agree with that priority minus rose. I’d put her behind sagat because she’s basically essential when you get to idle challenges that require 2 and eventually 3 squads.
As an "old" gacha player + always F2P I woudnt recommend to pull at all for the newest/hottest unit in Divination UNTIL you got at least 250 tickets (IF aiming just for SS , prob about 500 for a FAIR CHANCE to get near SSS). Why? Well powercreep is always a thing in this kind of games, plus most units SEEM "the best so far" (although some of them are overvalued and the community takes days/weeks to realize). Lets say you have like 100 divination tickets and you start pulling on Sagat thinking he'll get to SSS eventually... then a few weeks/months goes by and now Sagat becomes the 3rd or 5th "best option" and not the first one. So then you either stop pulling for him and never reaches SSS or keep pulling knowing that you are almost "wasting" tickets on a unit that no one uses anymore/it has an easy counterpick or some crap like that. I'm just saying this because I saw you are doing singles on divi AS a F2P...and I dont think thats the correct move for F2P unless : A- Its your favourite character B- Its an event unit and you want one copy for collection purposes. C- The unit is brand new,not tested yet, and on paper seems broken (this is risky cause it could be either patched by the devs,be powercrept on days by a faction unit, easy to exploit weaknesses ,etc) D - You are new to the game and just want to experience the meta (easy to achieve in most "old" games cause they give you enough currency to pull/max at least on premium unit, or because dont want to reroll and just want to try the game with current units and not old/basic/powercrept ones).
Singles vs multi have no difference in terms of percentage change. There is no benefit in a multi as there is no guarantee either way so that's just a preference thing. For example my last 4 e Ryu and akumas have been singles. As for the newest and greatest I agree to some extent but the potential of a unit being really good is easy to spot. Like Sagats survivability is going to keep him good no matter who else comes along just like taking bisons revival. T Cammy has stood the test of time as well. I will agree tho that saving is NEVER a bad thing but it's my job to note what is the latest and greatest at the moment in case folks have been saving
@@PayneBlade By doing singles what i meant is pulling as soon as you get 1 or more tickets (without having a huge ton of them saved). Lots of new/unexperienced players (although this depends on a game to game basis) do the pulls ASAP always without thinking on special offers/banners that come from time to time. But yes the chance to pull a copy is the exact same on singles than multies (this doesnt happens in every game) and if you just need 1 more copy to reach your goal then is a must to do singles. A new player/players without real money to spend/without hundred of tickets saved shouldnt pull on divination at all (other than Bison and just till SSS) cause even if Sagat is broken (haven't even checked his kit xD) they are not going to max him before another even better unit shows and by that point your Sagat wont be even at SSS and you ended up wasting lots of resources/chances to be "competitive"...if you can say such a thing on a idle+server-locked game like this one xD.
it makes sense,i just started a new account with this "tatic" in mind, the goal is to to accumulate resources for like 6 months and then use it all once ,gems and tickets
As a ftp player, maximizing Akuma or Evil Ryu is but a dream. Tickets are hard to come by, rates are ridiculous. I managed to get my E. Ryu to S without spending money, but it feels like I'll drop the game before I ever get him to SSS
That's not the case for everyone. Once a new event comes out we will get more again. Some already have sss as f2p. I'm 3 away and it's just a matter of waiting. It sucks for sure that it takes this long but not impossible
Akuma is great got his last card in 15 single pulls over 5 days insane! And in 35k gems I got 3 more copies in divination on same day 👊 plus he is insane on bosses.
Unlocked Divination last night feel like I'm at the beginning of the game now. This game is fun but frustrating as F2P but I'm glad I'm not spending it seems too easy to go crazy on it. Just stuck waiting for a few days until I can get my breakstones up to bust through 180 on my final character
Hypothetical question. I know you said you waiting for the next event to get Akuma. But what if it is Gouken. Does your priorities change or are you still going for Akuma?
Im doing the characters based on the "gift packs". I just finish SSS'ing Vega. Now gonna work on AChun & then Sagat (bc her timer is less than his). That free gear and items helps. I feel like in 2-3 weeks I get them to SSS. Hopefully by the time I get Sagat done, Ill have Akuma at SSS to get him in div next.

I'd just like to say even though im f2p im pushing bison to +5 as I want to unlock substitution (I'm only 1 copy away now). Waiting for either akuma or e.ryu to +5 will take far too long as a f2p
Ya u can check out the tier lists on her or the video I did on her with a Chun but one of the strongest boss units in the game. That's about where she shine
Hm...So Ive been going off the last div priority. I have Rose at S atm. Should I just drop her for now and go straight for sagat or should I finish getting her to SSS? Just wondering what the move is here if youre already in the middle of divining someone else. Also Happy Father's day!
I currently am but I really don't recommend it because u can just wait for the new event and get 50 free and then more from the actual event and save yourself gems. I am doing it to see how long it takes for testing but it isn't optimal
Apparently vortex only works when she is out in the field so if she is in tag it doesn't work as intended for all the features. This is according to people who tested her
I been getting more bisons from normal draws I just need 2 more to sss so iv already started sagat on division bisons doing me well as is in ss+ I run mad ryu with flame chun as assist Elana healing seems to heal more in front behind mad ryu and dhalsim in back with long as assist
Ya, idk man. I feel something is wrong. I understand luck but I'm on my 13th divination attempt without a single pull at all of Sagat. Ive wasted so much resource I'm like pissed off about it even tho I did it.
Hello Payneblade, first of all happy father's day, currently I have saved 110k gems and I have Bison SSS, should I keep rolling in divination for Sagat or spend the gems in normal recruitment, at the moment I still don't have 15 characters SSS, I am a f2p player and I really would not like to make a bad decision, based on your experience, what do you recommend?
Hey dude. Ya don't do divination till u have a solid 16 sss+ normal. You want at least 3 teams with 2 assists for 3 teams each. Try to go different faction as well so you can succeed in faction tower and get a lot of incredible rewards.
@@PayneBlade idk i feel like Elena and Street Poison are good enough that you don't really need to summon Rose. Your resources are better spent on getting characters that make a bigger difference on your team.
Hey David. I would prioritize e Ryu first. As for 250 div tickets, right now Sagat is the one to go for if you need a great pve and pvp unit. Not the best for bosses tho
You missed A chun. Payne I asked you on an earlier video, who is better to go for next?: Vega A Chun Sagat I have no dupes from any of those 3, just got my T cammy to SSS today. My akuma is sitting at SS+(need 4 dupes, but I need more special tickets, currently at 137 tickets, so at least 2 more months farming the 3 daily tickets and the super showdown biweekly tickets, I ll be at around 300+ tickets. that should be enough tickets to get the 4 akuma dupes).
I mentioned her briefly and said she has some issues such as vortex not working in tag so I wouldn't go for her. Sagat is the best option for pve and pvp. Vega better for bosses. Sagat is the winner tho
