I may have just found my new EDC... Micro compact concealed carry pistols are all the rage and up until now the Glock 43 was severely lacking. That was until Shadow Systems came out with the CR920 Elite and CR920 Combat models. This little pistol is extremely shootable and very concealable and as such, has become my new EDC pistol for warmer weather, lighter clothing.

The Shadow Systems CR920 features the Shadow Systems multi optic cut footprint and we mounted a Vortex Defender CCW red dot on it for the video and EDC or CCW purposes. They feature night sights, aggressive grip textures and a semi flat faced trigger shoe. The trigger does take some breaking in to smooth out, but now over 400 rounds later, it’s one of the nicest trigger’s available. It’s no Canik MC9 trigger but it’s good!
Grip textures, double undercut trigger guard and aggressive slide serrations make it very handy with slippery hands or just racking the slide on this small pistol. It ships with two magazines, one 10 round and one 13 round mag which adds grip length and feels great. The magazine capacity is what sets it apart from any Glock 43, Glock G43X or Glock G48. The grip features an extended beavertail to help those with larger hands avoid slide bite. In addition, it has a nice light rail for Glock compatible sub lights like a TLR 7a Sub.
Now you may have heard people comment about Shadow Systems Cr920 issues.... we've had NONE. This pistol shoots well, is reliable, and forgiving under recoil for generally snappy recoiling micro compact size pistols. It’s a new everyday carry weapon for us and highly recommended this CR920 Elite! No mistaking we are Shadow Systems fans!
