I went to the Brunswick school in Michigan years ago and learned to repair the A-1 pinsetter machines. It was really interesting to learn how the cycle of the machine functioned.

Love that nice welding room you have its so nice. I'd have to wait till all the leagues were done before I could weld. Then I'd plug the welder into a pinsetter 220 drop. You did fine on those welds , the real test is how long the repair lasts.. God Bless and Be Safe around those monsters.

Adjust the shade of your welding shield to enable you to see what you are welding. use a side to side motion pausing briefly on each side to improve the look of the of the weld watch the puddle behind the arc to maintain the proper flow. thanks for the demo, hope the suggestions help your welding skills.

one tip for better welds would be pushing a puddle vs pulling a puddle, shielded core wire and gas shielded have different techniques!

Go to the old style rubber mounts use kep nuts. Lot of mech. Say they have upper an lower pit frame probs

Question. For the bottom ball wheel guide rollers, how many spacers are required behind them? Is it one in behind on the 7 pin side and none on the 10 pin side? Also, how can you fix them if they have lots of play no matter how tight you try and make them?
