It's better to have your back wet when using it. I got less razors burns with wet skin compared to dry. Glides easier on wet skin also. Does a really good job for the price.

My elite just came in the mail yesterday…Love it…My wife's out of a wonderful job…Two things though, the suction cup isn't strong enough to keep it on the wall and the handle should be a little longer for the tall guys like me…That way you could reach all the way down and not have to mess with going side to side for the bottom half...

Mine arrived today, I spent the extra £5 and bought the 3 blade ‘elite’ from Amazon. Was a bit sceptical at first but took one blade out to try a small area on my shoulders.....it’s really good!!!!!!! I’m really hairy (like chimp hairy!) so I’ve been using a mix of hair remover cream and shaving with blades/shave cream but found the removal cream a bit hit & miss leaving small stubbly areas and was getting through a ton of normal blades and ended up with a rash. I’ll try my back later but it’s taken my shoulder hair all off and down to skin (smooth) Really impressed!!!!!
@@BobRoss-wm3lc Nah I got something similar where you could insert a custom razorblade but it was difficult and a mess so just switched back to an electric trimmer.

Compare learning to shave your face as a teenager. Don't press hard; keep blades in contact with skin and let the blades do the work. With time and experience you can feel when you are just starting a rash or cut. Start on shoulders after which you are working blind. Blades are ultra sharp at first and dull down by fourth use. You will get the hang of it.

Did it only make you bleed because it grazed your acne or acne scabs, or because it cut normal skin? I get patches of back acne and I’ve only ever cut myself using shaving tools when I go over those areas.
