It's even nicer to see a mom care about what their child eats. People that think it's cute to show their child's reaction to fries and cola are disgusting. Sorry to be harsh...but they are.
Ohhh cab cakes ! Sensible not to over season with the likes of Old Bay. Amazing how Sophia finishes everything and then needs fruit for dessert. In a word - adorable ❤.
She's the most disciplined and angelic child I've seen on the internet..really..the way she eats..behaves..and everything about her is something..really. May God bless her and also her mommy and dada..for raising her this way ❤️

I come from the Philippines where most people are food insecure . As an RN I did my mandatory rural service to come to my awareness that very young kids and school age kids are inadequately fed, nutrient lacking even currently. I came to America to see much food wasted and American parents find food as a contentious issue in young people. She is delightful 😍 to see , an exception rather than the rule in America.

Oh I remember this video where she'd clean up every last crumb while moving those happy feet. I truly believe she's such an amazing little eater because u, Mom feed her all healthy meals. Plus you serve her ethnic foods in restaurants or home something outstanding in my eyes. What wonderful parents!!!💐
I've seen adults with a less developed palates than your daughter has. It's such a joy to see her enjoying food to the fullest! And even though she may not want things "touching", no morsels get left behind 😃. And, she made sure there was room for fruit. Love this!

Sophia is so adorable! She's going to grow up to be such a happy and healthy kid, teenager and later adult too. It's amazing that you try and add so much variety to her diet and what's even more amazing, is the fact that she so readily and happily eats everything without making a fuss! @@dimitrakapa4887 This child does talk. This I an older video when she was only 16 months. Sophia now talks so much better than children her age and has a great vocabulary. I, seriously, don't know why you think this unless you think this is her age now.
You have done some great work with her. I have been amazed at her variety of food and that she loves every bite of the food. I 😊wish I had been this good of a mother.
She enjoys her meals so much. You cook a good variety of fresh veggies and healthy but tasty food. She is learning healthy habits and hopefully will continue enjoying food without feeling guilty about what she's eating. Good job Mom!!
Love that you are feeding her real food. Not premade baby food likely adulterated. Fresh made food with a wide variety. She will be very healthy with a well developed pallate

Sophia certainly eats all her food. I don't blame her. It looks very appetizing. You certainly give her a variety of foods. I just love 💘 watching these videos. She is just the cutest 😍💕💓
Seems like alot but it was mostly carrots and zucchini, no carbs so this is very low calorie. The crab is also low carb except for the tiny amount of breadcrumbs.

At are 60, I'm beginning to do 'the food dance', 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Even this evening after I made my sugar free Blueberry, Rasberry, Apple and Lavender Jam. 😘😘😘😘

Your baby is sooooo adorable and one of the best eaters, at her age, that I’ve ever seen. When my little great grand daughter was her age, she would literally eat maybe 3-4 bites and she was done. She’s never been a big eater, even now at four years old, your baby eats more than she does. But, they’re both healthy and I guess that’s what matters. I remember as a child I wasn’t a big eater either. 💕❤️💕
