Great stuff. I'm in a rut here though. You say before starting any of this, the spouse must end the affair. So in my husband's offense, it's ended but he still talks and texts the woman because they still work together and it's only about work and he no longer has feelings for her😥. I keep trying to make him understand all the above that you mention about my hurt and everything but he doesn't take empathy or compassion in my pain. You should do one on when girls "need time" to handle the emotions of getting back with you. They're all about you, when speaking with you. They seem genuine. They'll spend hours on the phone w you bc you dated for years. I had a thing with this guy. We were bwf for 8 months but not anymore. I still want to be with him but he says he doesn't have feelings for me. He's extremely manipulating.
