The plaintiff gave her boyfriend, the defendant, money to purchase a photo booth for parties, but she says he won’t pay her back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff told him she would buy the photo booth for him if he got her house painted, and he did. Therefore, the defendant believes he owes nothing.

@@deewah1698 I found this on Quora. Both are correct as far as their usage is concerned but they both carry a different meaning while being used in a sentence, I will tell you by an example ;- a. I will look after my kids, you don’t have to bother about them , just Mind your own Business. b. Stop complaining and start minding your business. In the first sentence I used Mind your own business, and that implied that I wanted to be arrogant, strict and confident whereas in the second sentence I used Mind your business which showed I wanted to be explanatory and thoughtful.
