I put mine together. I had problems with the burrs trying to slide the parts together. Once together, it was fine.

Thats handy. Even if the tractor doesnt fit it will come in habdy. Especially winter👍👍🚜

Hey guys, Congratulations on your new shelter logic. It's a great product. I had the same exact one. I bought mine used off a friend for $75 back in 2000ish. Then I got the gardening bug and turned it into a greenhouse. I ordered the translucent cover and doors from shelter logic. It worked great. About 10 years later the translucent cover started to get a little thin in a few areas and I eventually got a few pinholes. So I ordered a new green cover from shelter logic. Then I moved a few years later but my son still uses it for storage. It has lasted through several hurricanes including Gloria, Bob, Hugo, and superstorm Sandy. The metal pipe frame is still rock solid and not rusty. It can also handle a wet heavy snow pretty good but if the snow load gets too heavy, the top cover will pull back off the sides so it's a good idea to keep an eye on it when it snows. Probably one of the best investments I ever made besides my weber grill and my 97 f250. I hope yours lasts as long as mine. I know the field mice are gonna love it. Lol If the tractor is too tall, I would consider raising the perimeter with stones, cinder blocks or wood and/or soil enough to clear the door. You could dig a little soil out but then there may be a place for water to pool up and that would turn the inside and everything in there into a moist moldy steambath. Best of luck in whichever way you choose.

We used old Railroad ties to raise it up about 10 inches and to anchor it down nicely with a heavy base. Good job.!!!

Great job on putting the shelter together! I was thinking this would make a great space to entertain company while you are still in the development stage of your property. I see dinners, card games, shelter from the rain, sleeping cots, etc. A terrific addition to your homestead.

I've seen a few videos of this and I keep seeing people screwing in those anchors, but everybody seems to just speed through it. I don't understand what the tool is that you're using to spin the rebar in. Unfortunately I'm starting this project tomorrow so I probably won't get the answer by then. I do appreciate your video though! It's always good to see someone else do something before you do it. Thank you!

If it can't clear the roof, use the tractor bucket to lift it while Rich scurries beneath to place the pylons to keep it aloft. 😄 We could use some of those garage-in-a-box thingys along the railroad tracks here in Richmond, VA to house the homeless. I know, I shouldn't joke about it but it would actually help. Beats $175 a night that NYC is paying to house people. Love the soundtrack you chose! You guys had it squared up but the manufacturer's frame needs a chiropractor.

It looks good and hopefully the tractor fits if not you can still use it for other stuff.

Great works to both of you 😊 I will strongly suggest to you that to have a secondary central main beam support consisting a row of 2x4 from the ground to the apex roof of the shelter or near the center during long and extended period that you will not be there to relief the roof during snowstorm that are moist and wet. These shelter her are very well know to collapse during winter. Cheers !!!

My top rail doesn't have those brackets.The 2 tubes just bolt together with 3 inch bolts.Yours is better.Mine is same product

Will be nice to have the Tractor covered come the fall and snow... a pole barn might be better for the tractor, implements, quads and other big things you have, super easy, tough, and long life span.

I had one with same name but a peaked roof at my house. Every snow storm I would go knock the snow off it 2 or 3x per storm then at the end shovel the snow away from the sides. Lasted 2 yrs. One summer day I came home to a 20ft long trip at the ridge. If you dont plan on cleaning the snow off this and keeping the sides clean expect to cover it in metal roofing in a few years.

We're about to put ours together right now! Three years later from your video, we're wondering... how has your shelter held up? I know they aren't the most durable things.

How dry does it keep what you have stored in it after heavy and light rains?

Curious how the shelter will survive a heavy wet winter snow.

Ment to be 10x20 its for a car not a full size tracker . They just have the name Tracker Supply . The Harbor Freight model has a much sturdier thicker frame . And if you have it shrink wrapped like they do to boats for winter it will last a lot longer . Cool though 😎
